This was my first ever follow along workout video that I have done on this channel and I am already HOOKED! I especially love how this video included a brief warm-up and cool down. I can't stand opening 2-3 tabs for warms ups, workouts and cool downs. It's just so stress free having all 3 together in one video. I also especially love strength training in a circuit format such as this one. I am subscribing for sure! : ))
I have lost 10kg so far this year (Slim on Starch program) and what I love now is I WANT to workout each day and I am lifting heavier and feeling fitter and I love how good I am feeling. Heather you are always my go to for weekly workouts ❤ I am 50 and looking forward to the years ahead with you
Heather really is the top of the crop, ive looked high and low for other kettlebell workouts no one quite does it the same! these workouts are my go to!!
Thanks for new workout! Your videos are pure perfection! Seeing huge results in running, getting stronger and faster. I started to love strength, HIIT and cardio which I used to hate. Hope to see more knee friendly like 30 MIN knee friendly HIIT cardio which you published month ago, it’s definitely my favorite ❤️
3 circuits, 2 rounds of each with a HiiT move to complete each circuit. 20 sec break which flys by😅. The moves are hard or not if you're a seasoned fit person. But you can push hard, more reps, slower movements. There are swuats, lunjes, deadlifts, abs, swings, presses. Absolutely enjoyed and drenched. Asante @Heather.

Wow! What weights did you use? I am a guy and am training with my gf! I could only manage this session with 1 lb and 2 lbs dumbbells throughout and my arms just gave up 😟My gf used 20 lbs and 35 lbs

This was what I needed. I continually end up doing no repeat hiit from 2.0 (I love em) but this mix up showed me I need to challenge myself more. My arms are getting stronger but these different range of motion made me feel weak! And as a low impact loving lady the hop overs forced me to leave the ground in fear of the kettlebell, even though I put it on its side. Thanks Heather!
