It's cuz they were ok with mixing races and they are on a small island... So now they look more alike, some are slightly darker, but they are all Puerto Rican... And I apologize if your from New York or Chicago cuz wow, those places are the most segregated places I've ever been and it's fucked up, the rest of America gets along pretty well, well as a white person who grew up in a very non white neighborhood, my life is proof that racism isn't that bad everywhere else cuz I'm fine and I was definitely a target. Living in the Bronx for about a year was way way worse than Tampa though, which is why I apologize in that scenario (I'd suggest you move tho).
