Again Dr. Langer, the best definition of mindfulness is yours: ACTIVELY NOTICING!!! I am understanding this notion with the help of my dog on our walks!!! She is in the present noticing every thing with delight!!! And now so I am!!! The rumination of my mind has taken second place! What a relief!!! Gracias Dr. Langer! Muchisimas gracias!!!

What a podcast! Thanks. Literally every second of it is full of meaning. Mindfulness is especially relatable if one does art or craftsmanship - you can't build upon your previous discoveries, if they weren't mindful... I never thought anybody could pinpoint this process so well - of constant innovation, of letting go of self-created absolute categories, of entering this 'flow' of healthy thinking... We need more healthy thinkers like you guys, thanks for your work!

Yep, the mistaken assumption that they know, the powers that be remain in power. Right on! We give away our power to others when we accept with out investigation everything they tell us. But we don't know any better when we're young so....

So you’re saying that us sheep need to become foxes or even raccoons for that matter.
