Looks that way, maybe the silver car was going a bit quick. Can be difficult to judge speed sometimes.
4:12 No way the HGV driver was going to see you going round him, though he was in a massive rush and would've failed his test kerbing the trailer wheels like that.
3:54 - Maximas, why were you going to block the junction? You can see there's a queue of stationary traffic ahead of you.
2:48 Chris clearly has *NO* idea how a roundabout works. 😮
How do you think they work then? Because Chris is joining the roundabout from the right of the van. The van is in the wrong?
@@Qwrtyuiop He's driving over the roundabout instead of around it
You be surprised the amount of people that don't know left from right 🙄
Drivers entering the roundabout give way to driver on the roundabout - same as drivers entering any road should give way to those already in that road. The van is on long before Chris joins, so really does nothing wrong.

Editing error, apologies.
2:49 There is a transit on the roundabout ahead. Chris H is approaching a *SHOULD* give way line (to traffic circulating the roundabout), yet (2:50) fails to give way at the give way line. Why? Why does _Chris H_ then proudly display his driving without due care and attention?
Why does it feel like @3:30 maximus pulls out in front of the beemer

We don't know what the cammer could see. They might not have seen the BMW, or it was coming faster than they realised, or it wasn't visible when they pulled out & arrived quickly because of its higher speed.

I love when UK dash cameras posts!

Anyone who submits multiple clips to channels like this *IS* the problem driver.
Chris H 2:54 don't go steaming into roundabouts where you can't see to the left.

Dan H 2:00 aren't you in the wrong lane? Lorry driver thinks you are going off at that exit.
I was in the correct lane - on this particular roundabout, both lanes from the A338 go right onto the A31 slip road. The left hand lane then also has a separate slip road for the town I live in, hence why I was in the left hand lane going round.
You don’t see it in the clip but the lorry driver apologised afterwards, I just assumed he hadn’t seen me (and yes, I was indicating the whole time)
DanH 1:45 The phone is visible did you not see it?
00:46, Cammer casually ignores the hazard and the fact there’s a vehicle in lane 1 rapidly approaching it; no need to exercise caution, just carry on speeding into the situation.
Thanks for the video. Missed last week’s episode so really enjoyed today’s. Thank you!
At 5:45 - Ok, irresponsible parking creating hazards on both sides of the road. Both the cammer and the oncoming vehicle were at fault.
Highway Code Rule 162 does say before overtaking you should make sure the road is sufficiently clear ahead - clearly not in this case.
Both should have slowed and agreed who goes first rather than the cammer and the other driver just bullying their way through. That's how collisions are caused. One day you will lose.
True, both could have ceded to the other but decided to risk a wing mirror instead 😊
William R 2:34 don't be a "make the situation worse" driver. They've made a mistake, deal with it by letting them go.....

Can we have a moment for Bern and the oncoming driver who both had a brown trouser moment and not a horn or scream could be heard 👌🏼 nice work.
People on slips crack me up you have 2 extremes one where everyone thinks they have right of way to join so move over or we gonna crash and the other end that treats the give way a little too strongly when trying to join!
“Bet they felt dead hard giving the hand gestures out the window” ahh yes probably in retaliation of you pointing at your camera like a little girl 😂
4:36 what is she doing😂she swerved into the car
What else was she supposed to do? She can’t pull out as if the driver in front carries on then she would have gone into the back of them or she would have had the lorry rear end her. She had no choice but to pull back into the slip and wait for a gap to be able to pull out.
2:25 I can't even see why that would need to be a yellow box! Who's coming from anywhere but behind it? Ain't nobody gonna turn right across there!
Apparently it's outside a fire station.
If anyone else is wondering about everyone saying about Paul B the time index is 4:12
02:24 This is why box junctions feel like a waste of time during rush hour, people don’t care and aside from dirty look, zero punishment. The cheek is when people beep you for not moving forward to block it.
Clearly you don't drive in London where it's a reasonable assumption that any box junction is being monitored by CCTV and you'll end up with a fine with behaviour like we saw.
They've got plenty of cameras 'oop North, too. Loads of complaints because it's racking in money. Drivers will eventually learn 'don't enter unless...' 😊
It’s literally in front of a Fire Station. I don’t think people whose house is burning down would agree that yellow box junction is a “waste of time”.
8:00 To be fair they are in a pink van so they have to keep moving. If they stop people will see them driving it 😅
@2:55 call me dense, but arent you in a left hand turn only lane? You dont turn left, you go straight over. Don't blame drivers in the next entrance who expect you to be following the road markings.
Looking on Google Maps signage allows them to take the third exit at least from that lane 1.

That's why, as a pedestrian, you stop and wait for both cars to stop before you start to cross. Make sure they've seen you before you step out in to the road and get ran over. Things like this can happen, and it's up to you and only you to keep yourself safe.

the northbound entry slip at the Meadowhall junction on M1 (34) is particularly bad for people pottering along like muppets and joining motorway at 30 mph or less, as in 3:12 and 4:35 - rear-end crashes are far from unusual there, particularly at peak times
either modern cars are really bad at accelerating uphill (the sliproad is quite steep), or people are driving half asleep
