I do my best to always respect any martial artist but as a classically trained individual myself I have to speak out when I see some of the things that I see. By no means am I the greatest martial artist or anything close to holding the title such as that but in my 35 + years no training I have never seen a more impractical application of what it's supposed to be self-defense techniques in my life. As a previous comment was stated, this would only work against an individual who has no idea how to fight. This is all for show from a man who is self-proclaimed as the most dangerous man in America and calls himself the black dragon. I have had the pleasure of being in fighting competition with some of his top black belts and I must say there was absolutely no reason other than the fact that they are good athletes, to be impressed. One of them literally try to turn a front flip and kick me in the process. I laughed and and gave him the first place trophy for Showmanship. Just look at this video and you can see the arrogance on his face as he goes through whatever it is he does I apologize but this is a disgrace to the martial arts

I give RVC all the credit in the world referencing his dedication to the fighting arts especially after his loss to Royce Gracie and going on to learn BJJ. However, this is just absolute nonsense on display here especially at 1:19.

Yawn, these demos that have the attacker punch and then stand there and get hit multiple times is fake! A punching bag fights back more than these guys.
