Hi Alex ! nice ! used to do this with my wrist top of back swing - ie more bowed -saw other golfers more straight top of backswing - so went straighter - Driver always my problem club ! Now trying to reset stuff - and go more bowed wrist top of backswing again .Do you maintain this throughout downswing ? What should release look like ? With irons it's reasonably easy to do and see results - found my strong grip was not helping with this wrist set up and had to ease off to a less strong grip with irons ?
I guess it's down to personal preference as well as the cost of this replacing the cost of golf lessons, but totally up to you! Hope you found the video useful anyway! :)
I'm shocked with something I just saw, it's not the point of this video though, (ps, never had a lesson so this is probably a "duh" observation for most) I thought the top thumb is involved pressure and support to shaft, but your top thumb is just wrapped around the shaft offering no pressure? Your bottom thumb does add pressure to shaft, but not so top thumb? Mind blown, have to try this
I had to share what I used to fix my game! Let’s see if it helps you! hackmotion.com/?aff=198
Alex Want you to know I think you are the best golf instructor on RUclips by far, thank you.
Really appreciate that thank you
I don’t just like this I love it.
Thanks Alex 👌
Excellent one. Thanks Alex.
Great video 👏🏼👏🏼
AEG is King!!! 👑
Excellent explanation for making improvements.
Glad you think so!
excellent great help
True but how about just looking at your wrist like you did or by observing ball flight? Sounds like savings to me. 😊
I use a $15 magnet/stick on my club face. Saved $385
What I am unclear on is when do you let the angle at the top go? Just before impact?, after impact? Thanks!

I will go into more detail on the release on another video but yes i do maintain it until the shot is hit
hello Alex, this is Kevin again a question how low should your hands be when addressing the golf ball with your driver and three wood

Guess it's just me but $300, $500, $995 depending on the level of hack motion you want is pretty high for a training aid.
I agree
