Moment disposed of the adapters when they realized the they could force their customers to purchase new lens to use with their new cases.. So, now if I want to upgrade to a new iPhone my Macro, 170 Fish-eye, 18 Wide and 60 tele lens are not usable.They made the adapters, then threw them away. WHO DOES THIS TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Greedy little pigs, I think.
Price is pushing me away from this product. Which looks great. Can’t test it and shipping to Europe isn’t free. :( They aren’t selling it in Apple Store or authorized resellers...
Im glad I read the comments here, I was about to buy the old lenses and when upgrading my phone be able to get adapters. That would have been an impetuous decision. Great video!
Hi, nice video. Have you made much use of the Tele v2 Lens, attached to the Tele Lens on the iP7+? I’ve just upgraded from IP7 to IP8+ and have the Tele v2 (with IP7 photo case - now redundant), and until today didn’t know you could get the equivalent of 4x optical using this method. Interested in your experiences on your IP7+. Thanks Dave
It works surprisingly well actually. But as with the case with these Tele lenses, the phone requires ample light for the lens to be working. So I’d only recommend using it that way when you’re outdoors. But it does work surprisingly well!
Ive looked at heaps of wide angles for phones, many with great reviews and 95% of them are objectively terrible making the image very soft and distorted. The moment is one of the very few worth considering unless you are blind like the thousands of people giving 4.5 stars to similar products on Amazon, its definitely over priced but the cheaper options are for only the most casual user producing images not worth the data to upload to RUclips imo.

I was going to get 2 of the old lenses but if what your saying is true I think I might reconsider....disappointing.
