Sir, can you please advise if a diploma is still a good option if one is taking a CPS diploma (DPM) at a Psychiatric facility /rehab center (and not a hospital) with the restriction of practice only in that state?

One small doubt sir, DOES NBEMS MEAN DNB?
National board of examination for medical sciences (NBEMS) is the government body that is responsible for DNB and diploma programmes.
There's another government body called National medical council which is responsible for MD and diploma.
MD=DNB
Diploma of nbems= diploma of NMC.
Sir what about 6 years courses on plastic surgery? Is it okay to do dr dnb on plastic surgery

Sir, it's my humble request from you to please solve my query.
Whenever I study then my brain stops functioning well, and main problem which I suffered while study is that I don't want to move my hands while revision but mein baar baar hands ko move karta hoon aur jab control karne ka try karta hoon toh brain sahi se soch nhi pata h.
Baar baar mujhe brain signal deta h ki hand movement karo, sir I really hope from you to make a video on this problem of hand movement.
And second problem h ki mere brain mein kabhi kabhi anxiety bhi aati h, ghbharat hoti h, ghar mein koi k@m batata h toh bhi mera brain ekk dum sunn ho jata h.

No after dnb if you want to convert your diploma into dnb - you must
Write dnb-pdcet exam and do 2-year secondary dnb
