    I live in Sydney and on a small (very small) scale try and replicate this. I wish more people cared.

    The Oakmayne property was sold to Delancey in 2011. Not sure you can damn Red Routes, given that helps alleviate congestion (those many buses are symptomatic of living in a vibrant / worlds best city - London. Not sure you can moan about that :) ) . [The Delancey plot is being delivered this year? Development of that scale takes money and time I guess]Local councils are really painful to deal with sure, but balancing the needs for space, housing, affordable housing (particularly as we've thrown our doors open to Europe - thanks Mr Brown) really tough.
