Amazing, how I miss these adventures. I did similar for decades but circumstances have changed, life gets in the way etc. Thankfully I still ride virtually every day and all year round, so all is not lost! Great video as always.

Beautiful. The golden valley between Ross on Wye and Hay on Wye is a great ride too. Wales is a fantastic place to ride. So lucky it’s right on our doorstep

That lane did look steep n i've seen plenty of them where i'm from, Yorkshire, that's why I love it where I am now, Suffolk, much more accommodatin, but still lookin forward to Spain. This takes me back to 1974 when I did a similar trip on my Panhead across the black Mountains and the Breacon beacons into Exmoor and up Porlock hill {now that's a steep hill thought my bike was gonna flip over backwards) mostly do Europe these days on my trusty Street Glide ST. One observation I would make is look into getting a teepee tent being able to stand up makes a world of difference as the years roll by 8 pegs and one pole I swear by them. Bitching video as usual stay safe.

Tbh , we being 2-up and all camp gear , film gear , cook gear .. we have to try keep some things small , the tent is fine … we don’t often stop more than one night .. I’ve see a few of the light weight teepees but none do what the MSR does , ie you can pitch just inner and watch stars on hot nights , breeze coming through Ie. Southern Spain in couple weeks time , or you can pitch just outer , if wild camping at in hurry , keep it simple , it packs small .. The sacrifice of not being able to stand is small . We did look at the lone rider tent . Because the area you park bike in can use as living area But that packs almost twice size of our tent . In one of our Enduristan bags We house Tent 2 sleeping bags 2 sleeping mats 2 pillows 2 chairs Table Tarp And bike cover . All super lightweight That leaves spare bag for clothes toiletries One pannier cooking gear One pannier is all film gear and drone . ❤ Our pockets have the peanuts haha
