oh my god I'm really glad someone else feels the same way about the Reynolds Pamphlet!
Seeing the musical in person, the Reynolds Pamphlet was actually one of my FAVORITE parts because of how hilarious and well-set up it was on stage! It was so deliberate yet flashy and chaotic at the same time and it being a transition between 2 emotional and powerful songs was so GOOD.
But when I'm just listening to the soundtrack, it does makes me feel uncomfortable to listen to. (Maybe because of all the voice-warping and really heavy beat in the background idk)
Emirichu hello my senpai XD
I like how your comment is lost in the comment section XD
I dunno, I always liked this song. I mean, the memes that came out of it are just AHHHHH I love them
It's a good beat, but compared to most songs it's genre is very
....out of place.
I don't like the Reynolds pamphlet
I'm very sorry. I really am and I can realte on being sad a lot. I hope it gets better. uwu
you'll be found!
I think Requiem is a hard song for a lot of people to relate to. Personally it's a very important song for me, my brother overdosed on heroin and listening to that song was the first time I ever felt that my feelings regarding his death were valid and that I wasn't a bad person for feeling relief that it was over and that he was gone.
Shelby i relate to it really hard, but i completely understand that some people don’t like it!
Hi I'm sorry for your loss . I completely agree with you my brother became a drug addict and just dropped out of my life a few months ago , and I have no knowledge of where he is. But I kind of felt relived that he doesn't gold that kind of weight on me anymore. its a slightly different situation but the feelings are still similar
Shelby I’m so sorry, I relate to it too but in another way and that’s why I live the songs so much.
Shelby I think Requiem is emotional - especially the bridge. I love it 😊
Really? It’s all of my friends all time fav from the musical
Amy will sing no wetquiem
you're an icon
liana flores to0oonIgHTTtttttTtrTt
Hi
I'm such a big fan of you!
liana flores aaaaaaa I love your videos
I felt personally attacked when you said you didn't like The Schuyler Sisters, but I'm just glad that you don't hate Stop from Mean Girls lmao
i actually love stop i hear a lot of people hate it??
People hate that song?? It’s one of my favorites!!
Rachel same here it's hysterical
Heather McNamara Stop is a bop
Hey Heather
you.... don't like... the schuyler sisters?? cannot compute ??
Me too I don't understand why she doesn't like it because it's one of my most favorite songs from Hamilton
Sophie Rixer it's kind of cringy and really too "poppy" in my taste, also super overplayed. But everyone has there opinions😁
thatoneactress how is it cringy?
all10 squishies hhh maybe not the best choice of words on my part but Hamilton is pretty great; in my opinion the schuyler sisters isn't on par with some of the other songs. By "cringy" I guess I meant l "plain". the message and vocals are great but nothing was very attention-grabbing. have a nice day and hope my comment clears things up😊
Its such a bop? I honestly prefer all the female character music to the rapping if im being honest and which is ironic i actually am a rap fan otherwise
NOOOOOO I ADORE REQUIEM ITS GORGEOUS
Risa Ennis,I also love Requiem(for me it's the opposite It gives me ALL the feels)
Requiem is my all time favorite I absolutely love it💗💗💗it gives me goosebumps
Ana Clara R same it’s my favourite song on the soundtrack
Risa Ennis,"that you were not the monster that I knew"since my favorite animatic of this one is from mushie R,I'm usually crying(Really ugly crying)at this point
It's like:I KNOW I shouldn't feel bad for you...but I still love the big Brother you used to be
Same! It’s my favorite
Last time I was this early Connor Murphy was still alive (rip 😢)
S t o p
Okay x Faith Connor*
Stay alive! I'll leave
Too soon
Okay x Faith hahahaha 😭 soo funny
I feel like upgrade is an extremely underrated song! In my opinion, it’s a really great song, but nobody appreciates it :(
upgrade is one of my favorites
Molly Mackenzie I totally agree! Upgrade is one of my absolute favourites from BMC
Upgrade is a really good sound at least for me
tbh i hate bmc but i love that song
I love Upgrade!! Not my favourite on the soundtrack, but it's severely underrated
I don't like Blue, from Heathers. I like Do You Want a Ride, but Do You Want To Hang makes me uncomfortable.
purplebunnygirl same!
purplebunnygirl the point of those songs is to make Jeremy kinda uncomfortable
I like blue to annoy my friends with but by myself I usually skip it
Audrey Hartman same
i love blue. yOU mAke mY bAllS sO bLuE:)
Do an ‘unpopular opinions: musical theatre edition’ please GAWD
YESS
yes !
I've done this one before - would you like an updated one??
Yess!! Updated version, please ! :DD
worst? nah nah nah guuuurrl there are NO bad songs in any musical. You just gotta feel the beat. gotta bop to the top. gotta be in the room where it happens. I dont know where im going with this.
Madisson Swezey I adore this comment
tank oo -3-
This is the best comment ever written
Daddy McDoon YASSS love high school musical and love hamilton.
U right, if she felt the beat, maybe, she would have BIG FUN listening for those songs :)
Not even watched the video and already know Reynolds pamphlet is gonna be on there
Eve Pendragon hhhh it’s my favourite song
Eve Pendragon its soooo gooood
hahahha eve you know me well!
I love that songggg im shocked yall hate it.
I agree with do you wanna ride it’s kind of awkward but I loVE upgrade
ThnksFrTh TwentyØnePhallØutDiscøs I hate all songs in BMC besides Micheal in the Bathroom
Mattie McCarthy omg no way Halloween is such a bop
I like the bit at the end when it goes ‘should i take the upgrade’ the second time, it gives me the c h i l l s
Mattie McCarthy Whaaaaat? The Guy I’d Kinda Be Into is really good too
Jakes part is the best omg-
i love requiem, mostly because i can wholeheartedly relate to the meaning of the song. when my dad died i was blasting it 24/7 cause everything she was saying was so accurate, but before that happened i also skipped it?? i think it's a lot to do with relating to it in that songs case
neqxient i skipped it and disliked it before i realized how much i related to it
I know I’m gonna get a lot of hate but I actually don’t like I’d Rather Be Me. I ADORE Barrett, I like the music of it but I feel the lyrics are just so repetitive and just not what I would expect for a musical that had so much hype. Incidentally I actually love What’s Wrong With Me, Someone Gets Hurt, and Stupid With Love.
Samuel Brown I totally agree. One line that stands out to me when listening to rbm is something like "and if you treat me bad I'll say you're bad"(idk if that's the exact line) it just sounds like something a fifth grader could write.
Samuel Brown I agree - also (please bear in mind I’ve only listened to the cast recording) but something that always annoyed me in the original film was the way that (in my opinion anyway) Janice shifted an unfair amount of blame for everything they did to Regina onto Cady, when it was her idea and she organised/came up with most of their schemes and I’d Rather Be Me kind of makes that worse, because she’s basically claiming to be morally above the behaviour that she instigated in the first place and therefore is kind of a hypocrite eg. Saying I won’t play your games, that’s not me etc.
You don't have any hate yet congrats 😂😂😂 I mean I disagree butttttt it's your opinion yeees
I love the song but some of the lyrics sound like they were written by a 3rd grader like “Boys get to fight we have to share”
Danny Maldonado I guess idk I love the simplicity of it all but that's what most people dislike about it
I've listened to "My Shot" so many times that I always skip it :( I LOVE Hamilton and it's a great song, I'm just tired of it. Also I don't really like "I Love my Dead Gay Son" from Heathers unless I'm watching the production. It's funny, but it's funny the first time and then the joke gets old. Still love the show, though
Blue from Heathers SCARES me
A lot of songs in the Book of Mormon are very inappropriate, so they make me feel really uncomfortable, but I love songs like “Hello!” and “Turn It Off” and “Spooky Mormon Hell Dream” is such a bop.
I don’t like “To Break In A Glove” either! (By the way, beige in a song? That’s my new favorite saying)
I love most of the songs from Falsettos. Hamilton I don’t really have any dislikes.
how does bom make you uncomfy?? if you cant deal w the crude humor, you should not fucking watch it. The musical is a walking representation of inappropriateness.
The book of mormon is created by the creators of south park, if you watch the show you wouldn't be surprised to see some inappropritate content in the musical.
The Guitar solo in Spooky Mormon Hell cured my depression
Bom is very mature but wtf would you hear it more?? Like if it made u uncomfortable why did u listen to it more
little_bisexuwhale I wanted to give the whole soundtrack a chance anyways, and when I started listening I wouldn’t let myself stop until I finished, because I wanted to judge the product and the story as a whole and then look at everything individually.
"It's like beige in a song" ...That's like the perfect description of that song. xD
I actually really love Requiem. I identify with it because I’ve lived what they are trying to portray in the song. 3 different views on how to handle loss when all 3 people have different feelings about the person who has passed. My family dealt with a situation where a family member died while drunk driving and killed an innocent bystander in the process of their wreck. We all felt differently. Hate, blame, devastation, etc. And I connected with the song, finally seeing that conflicted feelings on someone’s death is normal.
Im so pissed. So I have a performance of a musical I'm doing with a community theater and we have a show that literally STARTS AT 8 O'CLOCK TONIGHT (which in case you didn't know is when the Tony's start) AND IM MISSING THE TONY'S FOR A PERFORMANCE. I'm pissed. p i s s e d
Aw... well, have fun at your show! Break a leg!
ME TOO ITS TECH WEEK AND IM SO SAD
That is tragic I am truly sorry😥
You can't record it? I'm sure you can watch it on youtube soon. That or most channels have on online website which allows you to rewatch programs.
omG yess theres something so ominous and scary about that growly bass in the reynolds pamphlet!!
A controversial queen! ♥️
This might be an unpopular opinion but my least favorite song from Heathers is Me Inside of Me. I do still like it and it definitely needs to be part of the show, as it furthers the plot and has funny moments. But it just kind of drags on for way too long and I don't really like the melody of it.
SAME, Me Inside of Me is the only song I don't really like from Heathers.
I think we can still agree Heather Chandler is bigger than John Lennon
i don't like when people say they hate shine A light and then turn around and say they love the reprise. like its the same song except being shorter and with heather duke being a jerk and heather mcnamara being suicidal. like i get how people feel bad for heather m and stuff but you can't say that the song itself is better.
I'm a simple person, I see Amy - I click
Daisy Murf same
SHES THE QUEEN OF BEASTS, SHE CAN SMELL YOUR FEAR, IN THIS BIOSPHERE, SHES THE APEX PREDATOR. (continue the line :D & happy Tony's suday everyone!)

I WAS VICTIM I WAS QUARRY NOW I sHaAaAkE MY MANE
I don't like the Pants Song aswell as literally EVERYTHING you said.
The Pants Song doesn't make sense..it's just..there
Kirsty Egglestone I find that it makes WAY more sense in the context of the show though, like when you just listen to it on the soundtrack it doesn't really make sense
Kirsty Egglestone SAME
It's actually very important, because, it shows how much Michael and Mr. Heere really care about Jeremy and that they will step out of their comfort zone for him.
I relate! It just doesn't make sense!
be more chill itself doesn’t make sense it’s so bad
Be More Chill: I love do you want to ride. Do you want to hang on the other hand is not my favorite but I still like it. It just makes me feel uncomfortable but I think that's what they were going for so it's not bad.
Heathers: Kindergarten boyfriend is my least favorite. It's kinda boring to me and the scab part really grosses me out
i wish more people appreciate the pants song from bmc. its character development done in a funny, symbolic way. i love it so much
My favorite musical is newsies and i can't stand the song "I Never Planned On You" just because it's so forced and instalovey. Like he literally has only spoken to her twice and he's head over heels for you. I guess I just hate the love-at-first-sight trope
Averybindups yes!! And I don’t really like “That’s Rich” either
Averybindups ME TOO
no musical has songs that are all perfect, but Newsies is probably the best musical i've seen, I saw it in theaters and it was amazing
Lol same, I'm also not big on Something To Believe In
Newsies is one of my favorite musicals as well and I DO NOT like the bottom line or that’s rich I always skip them
Mmm I get what you mean about The Schuyler Sisters. Still love it though. I kind of feel the same with Helpless, like the lyrics are clever and it’s fine but I remember while watching the show I found it kind of boring. Just compared to the rest of the show, because I love it all so much
lemonmiranda I sort of agree with you. Like Schuyler Sisters is like just a cheap grab at an introduction. But Helpless is a song that shows great emotion and sort of carries the performance into a new time if that makes sense. Like it brings it from Eliza meeting Hamilton then into them getting married and all the terrible and great crap that was their marriage.
Owen S yeah that makes sense. I think Helpless is a great introduction to Eliza and their relationship, and I love how it works with Satisfied but it’s just not my favourite
I think My Shot is repetitive. I don't see how people disagree with that, just listen to the song.
Could you maybe do a Heathers review after you see it on the 17th ???💚❤️💛💙
I’d be really interested to see what you think, especially as I’m seeing it a week later :) xx
Julia Lelewel on the SEVENTEEEEEEEEEEENTH
I quite agree on most of them. Especially The Schuyler Sisters, Do You Wanna Ride and Shine A Light. But not really on Big Fun, Requiem (probably my favourite song in DEH) and Upgrade.
Those are some cool sunglasses. Tbh I too am not huge on big fun and requiem like I'll break it down
Big fun: -what's his problem with freshmen?
-what's so bad about apple cider (well minus the taste)
-not all teens get drunk at parties. I went to one and we painted ourselves with uv light paint and played games. One girl did fall out a window (it was on the ground floor. The party was in a bungalow) because the chair she was on was unsteady. No alcohol involved
Requiem: -well I mean the harmonies are everything but is the song necessary? The dialogue makes up for the 'oh he's dead' bit alright
I also don't like 'if I could tell her' it sounds pretty but I mean he got the info from stalking her and idk couldn't it have been read out by Zoe as an email instead?
I like the schuyler sisters a lot but everyone has their opinion
Finally (we reach the end of this essay of a comment) I found out abut a new musical, I've heard some clips from songs and I'm in love. 'Beautiful' and I just wow. The clips of songs I've heard are amazing, Melissa benoist is so so so talented and I just ahhhh can't find words
Emma Beautiful is an amazing musical, I saw it and it was good
if you're uk based, beautiful is currently on tour!
oh. my. gosh. you’ve managed to somehow name every single one of my absolute favourites. like, literally all of the ones you said are in like at LEAST top five of the show. I’ve never heard anyone give any sort of opinion about the reynolds pamphlet but I just assumed everyone loved it. it’s such a bop like honestly no.1 favourite from hamilton.
i love to death the schuyler sisters but when you said that it's overdone i just kinda stopped and physically said to my wall, i agree. am i weird?? haha
The person who sings "Do You Want a Ride" sounds like Britney Spears.... it makes me twice as uncomfortable.
SpicyPollo do you mean brooke
You have to admit Karen going “seriously who’s house is this?” Is a moment
The Reynolds Pamphlet is one of my favorites 😂
IM SO GLAD IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO DOESNT LIKE THE SCHUYLER SISTERS
Winnie Wong what that’s one of my favorite ones
Requiem made me cry when I saw it in the show. I think it sheds a light on the many different ways people grieve, and the fact that people feel like they have to hide their true feelings when it comes to hard situations in life.
I relate to you child
about the question if others get scared of songs- yes!!!
it might just be my anxiety in general but certain songs make me anxious and uneasy. it's normally because of the pitch, sudden loud noises (like in the reynolds pamphlet for you), the tune, the tone ect. it sucks cause sometimes i really love some of the songs but they make me feel odd!! i feel you amy
i saw hamilton in theaters today, and even though it sounded nothing at all like the obc, it was really amazing!
Demi-God Jedi in Gryffindor Rapping Guns and Ships congrats!!! I saw it like two weeks ago and I know what you mean
IT'S LIKE BEIGE IN A SONG. oh my god i love that. that's so accurate.
Songs I don’t enjoy as much:
1. Fearless and I See Stars. They just feel like fillers in the album but during the production they’re great.
2. To Break in a Glove. tbh, I listen to In the Bedroom Down the Hall wayyyyy more.
3. The Pants Song and Do You Wanna Hang. The pants song is probably fine during the show but the latter makes me uncomfortable.
4. Trina’s Song. I love Stephanie J Block’s voice, but maybe my anticipation for March of the Falsettos gets in the way of listening to this song.
5. Ireland. Feels like it drags on forever.
6. The Word of Your Body (reprise). Good in the show, feels skippable in the recording.
March March March of the Falsettos wheee
Trina's Song is so beautiful, I always listen to the first part but March of the Falsettos scares me
Hi I Like Falsetto
I know this isn't a hated song from me, but I feel like a underrated song from Mean Girls is, "Someone Gets Hurt Reprise," idk it's short but like..... it has so much power and emotion that it feels so much bigger than it is, and the orchestra is like SO powerful when Barret sings "NO IT'S FINEEEEEEE." I like listen to it all the time.
1:38 this is my current mood
My sister is behind me.
The Hamilton part is coming up.
My sister: "You're gonna be mad"
Me: "oh no"
Amy: "The Schuyler Sisters"
Also me: *throws phone*
sorryyyyyyyyyy
I felt attacked when you said you didnt like Requiem but its your opinion 😂
When you said Requiem I audibly gasped because it is my favorite Dear Evan Hansen song. I think it has SO much character and is just really emotional. I LOVE it.
Who actually loves to beak in a glove? It's so beige 😂😂
I don't love it but I actually really like it - I'm probably bias bc I love deh
Not gonna lie, the first few times I listened to it I found it very boring and pointless. But once I realized it was a metaphor, it became one of my favorites.
me
RainbowSocks I really like the song. Definitely not my favorite but it’s hard competition
My dad loves it.
I’m glad someone with a musical theatre background agrees with me on to break in a glove
Oh hun I totally get it! This is utter blasphemy for a phantom phan, but I cannot STAND the music of the night. It’s a nice tune and all, but it does nothing but the same tune for like 70 billion years with a brief “ Close your eyes and surrender....” I always skip it.
The ghost In the mirror Music of the Night is ICONIC
Jade Thirlwall is my WIFE! Honey I know. I hate myself for not liking it but honestly I find both the tune repetitive and the staging for that song boring. ( Still love Phantom though! ♥️)
YOOOO I FEEL you. I skip Music of the Night like 45 seconds in just about every time.
I agree. I had a brief POTO obsession phase, but it ended after only a few months because I was so sick of the repetition. I figured it would come back around, but nope. I still get annoyed by most of it. :/
If you haven't seen it, you should check out Kevin Lynch's video "Why I Hate Andrew Lloyd Webber's Music" He's a He says basically the same thing, using All I Ask of You and Music of the Night as examples of just repeating the same melody over and over and over. (Really funny, but NSFW.)
Laurissa Smith I love Kevin Lynch! I don’t mind other phantom songs, it’s really just Music of the night in particular, ( probably because it’s about 8 minutes long) ♥️
DO THIS THING IS MY FAVOURITE SONG ITS THE SONG WHEN SHE THINKS TO HERSELF "hey I'm not being nice I'm gonna be myself now" I LOVE IT
I stan ben tyler cook but I honestly can’t stand most of the songs in mean girls...
This is really relatable and I love it. PLEASE do a part 2
I completely agree on Shine a Light and idk why, but Big Fun?? It's so much fun to groove to lmao I love that song. But opinions so it's all ok. Personally I always skip My Dead Gay Son cause it's kinda cringy and Our Love is God when it gets to the speaking parts cause I just find it uncomfortable to listen to lol
Also yeah Do You Wanna Ride also makes me uncomfortable... but Upgrade is awesome!! I love the Squip's singing segments and all of the "Christiiine~" parts.
Wdym Our Love is God is one of my favorites
I love Do This Thing but that's coming from someone who's super into math and has gone on many science research field trips and trips to tour engineering facilities with a bunch of other nerds, so I find the whole song extremely relatable ("A boxed lunch will be provided" is the funniest and most accurate line in the world to me)
We could never hate you Amy. I used to hate requiem but it’s grown on me, although for some reason the line ‘oh don’t the tears just pour’ really annoys me and I have no idea why 😂💕
It bothers me too. It's the way she says "pour"- she cuts off the vowels in the middle weirdly like she's desperate to pronounce the "r". At least, that's what it is for me.
"I love Ben Cook. I'm a huge Newsies fa-"
Me: smashes like button
Yessss..... This is all I've ever asked for
when you said Schuyler Sisters I was like "ok i get it", but when you said Whispering I was literally going to cry. It just has so much emotion that it makes me forget about the repetition.
I can’t stand most of the Heathers soundtrack tbh, but Shine a Light is the worst.
the only song I really like from Mean Girls is Apex Predator?? (don’t attack me)
I like most of Hamilton but I tend to skip Story of Tonight, just because after a few listens it gets a little repetitive
totally agree on Do You Wanna Ride/Do You Wanna Hang. they’re both just so uncomfy.
I’ve listened to DEH precisely once but I didn’t like most of it (again please don’t attack me)
and my least favorite song in all of musical theatre is undoubtedly La Vie Bohème from Rent. I know it’s a classic but it’s just.... not that good. sorry.
I love Requiem because I can definitely relate to it a lot but I can see how it's made for specific people. To me, it shows the different views to a person's death. My mom died when I was 4 and through this song, I realized that there are different perspectives about her death.
WOOOO!! ANOTHER AMY VIDEO!!
The first song at the start of act 2 is usually supposed to not really be a big part of the plot so if people aren’t back from the interval yet then they don’t miss anything, e.g. what’d I miss, to break in a glove, my dead gay son, king of New York, Halloween etc
I love you Amy but how could you not love Do This Thing and Who's House Is This????
JK: Your opinion is valid and I still love you to bits! (p.s. You may have just made my day by saying you love Ben Cook cause so do I! #FansiesUNITE ♥️♥️)
once a fansie, always a fansie!
YESS 😍😘💕
i looove requiem, it gives me lots of feelings! i just like that it gives a different look at grief, yanno? like just because they're dead/gone doesnt mean you have to mourn them, if they werent the best person towards you. i personally cant relate to the song in its literal form, but i relate to it more as just because they're your blood doesn't mean that they're good towards you. this is a big ole comment and i originally came here with the intention of sayin that i absolutely loathe kindergarten boyfriend from heathers
Yessss ahhhh the schuyler sisters is one of the only songs I don’t like from Hamilton and I’m so glad I’ve found someone else who doesn’t like it either 😂
My list:
Hamilton:
Helpless (I think this may be because I heard it after I heard Satisfied so I found Eliza quite childish and cheesy in it)
My Shot (it's just to long for my taste)
Heathers:
Blue (It just makes me feel rlly awkward)
Be More Chill:
I personally don't really like any of the songs in it apart from Pitiful Children. They're either to awkward or too cheesy
Dear Evan Hansen:
I've only heard sincerely me and parts of requiem and I love both of them so I couldn't really comment on it
Thank you to you if you're still reading and haven't just given up like I probably would have done
I LOVE YOUUUU
In Heathers, I absolutely DESPISE the song " My Dead Gay Son" I just think it was a funny line from the movie that they took waaaaaaaay too far and it plays on stereotypes of gay people.
HOW DARE YOU I LOVE WHOSE HOUSE IS THIS!!!!
I LOVE The Reynolds Pamphlet but JUST for Jefferson’s laugh before Angelica comes in lmfao
I feel like the songs that make me uncomfortable I don’t listen to. Just like you. I think most of the songs are supposed to make you feel that way so they did a good job, but it’s just not the most pleasant to listen to. 💕
Okay you broke my heart, you just named all my favourite songs.
But it’s fine, you’re great the rest of the time so I forgive you and will continue to adore your content. 😭💛
Tbh I don't like "My Shot" hhhhhhhhhhh
Helen E. I feel like it’s overplayed and I just hear it too much, so I don’t really care for it either :/
Oh thank god I thought I was the only one!
Neither did I until I saw it in the context on the production
I only like the verse rapping bit
*GASP* I FEEL PERSONALLY ATTACKED
Jk, your opinion
Your editing style is one of my favorites. Freaking hilarious and I love it.
aww thank you Josie!
Any Anime lovers?
oof, me
Wendy Marvell Meeeeee! Hi Wendy child. ❤
CupcakeIsLit Hello Davey.
+Deanna Sutton Ayyye camp camp squad. Heyyooo
Yeah Camp Camp
Your love of Spring Awakening actually inspired me to listen to Spring Awakening! I really like Mirror-Blue Night, but it is one of those songs that you either like the shady-ness of, or hate it, I understand. Whispering is another one of my favorites, but there's too many sections of repetitive melody. Thank you so much for getting me into Spring Awakening! 😂
Spring Awakening is my favorite musical, but honestly I don't like And Then There Were None. There's just something about the way it sounds...
@@hooey4362 There are songs that I skip because they make me too sad 😂
Happy Tony Awards Sunday 💕 Also unpopular opinion : for me all the songs from BMC are bad cuz I really don't like Be More Chill 😁 I'll go now
In my opinion every musical has at least one 'skipping song'. They can be different for everyone but for me some classic skipping songs are 'Hushabye Mountain' from Chitty, 'In my Life' from Les Mis, and other generally slow and emotional songs that I kinda just don't care about.
I totally agree that 'Whispering' goes on a bit long in Spring Awakening, especially if you're just listening to the cast album.
On The Reynold's Pamphlet making you uncomfortable - that's exactly why I love that song. You should feel uneasy because your 'hero' has majorly messed up and that uneasiness is reflected in the orchestration. I think it's kinda genius.
Thank you so much for who's house is this!!! ITS JUST LIKE OMG first of all it's copying Hamilton with the rap thing and it's basically big fun. But like E V E R Y time it comes on I roll my eyes and skip it as soon as I can. "WHOS HOUSE IS THIS?" Me : "UUUUGGGGGHHHHHH!" Lolz but anyways thanks for that😂I just.. no. Okay thanks byyeeeeee x
Lucy Henig It’s really not copying Hamilton with the rap, Hamilton did NOT invent rap, contrary to small minded people like you.. not every new musical or any musical, is referencing and copying Hamilton. It’s also NOT basically big fun, the only similarities is that it’s a teenage party. The music is extremely different
Aww i love the song The Reynolds Pamphlet! Something about the beat and the way they sing is just mmph! So gooood
Omg I can't agree more with the mean girls songs! Yes!
I find what you said about Reynolds Pamphlet very interesting, bc now that I think about it, maybe they did those uneasy orchestrations bc that is a very difficult moment in the life of the characters and they all feel shocked and uneasy
No one come for me but I don't like Dear Theodosia..... It just bores me...
Agreed.
Katie C what your address just wanna talk
Jk your opinion
I admit my jaw dropped when you said you don’t like Upgrade bc to be honest it’s one of my favourites from BMC but then again I think about it and it doesn’t makes sense. The only parts I get pumped up are when Jeremy decides to upgrade and the “we got a fan now be a man” idk I just love it
I don't really like the Schuyler Sister either! I thought I was alone XD
WHO DOESNT LIKE BE MORE CHILL!
Me.
Your awesome

What about her awesome?
I really like Requiem... it’s so nice and relaxing and I just really like it... I like hearing her talk about how she can’t seem to see how others mourn over her brother when she’s only known a villain her whole life... sooo
I have never clicked on a video so fast
NO NO NO THE SCHUYLER SISTERS IS MY FAVE
Also I don’t really like Whose House Is This either. My least favourite hamilton song is probably Schuyler Defeated 😕
Seize the day from newsies at band camp i was in musical theater we had 3 days to learn the song and choreography i got a duet solo with a friend singing “and the strike starts right damn now” lol
Literally everything you said i totally agree with! You read my mind! Apart from the schylur sisters part lol. No hate from me. Your sunglasses are cute!! Im jealous you are in france!. And one song i do not like from the musical Wicked is no good deed. It is just idk doesn't do it for me.
Ouch, No Good Deed is one of my top faves. But everyone's got their own feelings. I hate Wonderful.
ultimateyaoifangirl that's fair enough. :)
Heathers: Big fun
Hamilton: The Cabinet Battles, Reynolds Pamphlet
Newsies: Never planned on someone like you/ Don't come knocking on my door
Hadestown: Doubt comes in
Falsettos: Marvin at the psychiatrist
I agree with you on the Schuyler Sisters actually don'tattackmefeministsit'sjustanopiniononasong
I agree with "shine a light' and "break in a glove" (it's so boring)...
But "requiem" and "schuyler sisters", i absolutely love...
P.s: you rock those sunglasses

eren455 varli sincerely me is the best song in dear Evan Hansen

ultimateyaoifangirl so uh basically you hate it?
mirror blue night is one of my favorite songs from spring awakening. In the context of the show I actually don't care about it, but on its own I relate to the lyrics melchior sings and I think it's hauntingly beautiful.
