The sleeper of all sleepers! Nice job, both previously and current. The woodwork all over is absolutely stunning! I used to make furniture and this is beautiful. I don’t know too much about about the ‘Woodies’ of yesteryear. I don’t know if they were made out of practicality or made just for the design aspect. Thanks Lou & Mark for a great treat!
wow!! hi lou, good to see the "ultra-rare" woody, this you just don't see at all anymore. as i've always said, they don't make 'em like they used too! and never will, thanx, keep 'em coming!
Hi, Lou! If this is a cool school bus, then I'd say it ought to be reassuring for the students' parents because the kids are guaranteed to get to class on time! LOL! Thanks for taking us along with Mark!
Wow Lou what a stunner that was! I would have never thought that this unit would run like that! Boy was that a fun ride along or not! Just a stunner inside and out. Wow a woodie with power like that is just amazing. That owner is one lucky person for sure! Boy Lou that was fun and thanks for bringing it to us!
Oh my gosh I did not expect that at all!!! That is an amazing car. Looks like a nice and subtle custom woody and then you hear it and see what is under the hood!!! That thing is fast and must've been a blast to ride in!!! The polished woodwork is stunning, the whole car is like a piece of art!!! Beautifully done!!!

Best Woody Resto-Mod on the planet! Yeah I know. I got a little long winded here but it needed sed. I give it 10 Wows!!!! Lou., this is without a doubt one of the best of the best cars you featured here!!!
Nice Woody. All that woodwork is so pleasing to the eyes. I can't imagine the talent and hours it takes to get that fit and finish. Looks like those seats would be comfy and supportive at the same time. I'm sure you need it since it sounds like this ones a runner. Thanks for sharing Lou. Take care.
Wow, this one looks great inside and out. Plus, with all that power, I bet it will turn a few unsuspecting heads, too. It was nice to visit with Schwartz Performance again as well. Thanks, Lou!
Hi Jeff, "Iconic design with a modern touch" Well said! My pleasure sharing this one with you, thank you for your continued support, and you're welcome, Lou
I give anything if they remake those again...the woody was one of the greatest vichles ever....I would definitely love to have one of them.... beautiful ford!!!!...

Hi Lou, thank you for one more great video! Wow! I am speechless! I would say whosoever designed this car had a very interesting personality. The front of the car looks luxurious and reminds me of one of the early models of Mercedes cars and the wooden back, sorry guys, reminds me of Belgian waffles! Let's put it simply, it looks very appetizing! :)
Hi Primus54, There is a link in the description of this video to Schwartz Performance website, and this one has one of their chassis & discs on all corners. You're welcome, Lou
That is beautiful!! I would love to know what the suspension is. 48 Fords came with the Model T buggy suspension. Obviously this one has been bumped up a few decades.
Lou,REALLY NICE WOODY. This is another HOME run! I'll bet this coyote will give the Viper a good run for your money. The wow factor is 10 out of 10! Have a gr8 God blessed day both of you and stay safe.
The car looks like it's really nice inside now but it sounds like it should be moving faster than it is to me it looks like it's giving it hell but not moving very good
A beautiful and fast vehicle to be sure, but I prefer to see rare cars kept as original as possible. It disrespects the character of this woody to turn it into a "go cart", and once the butchery is done, it can never be undone, it's only original once. This vehicle isn't as bad as some I've seen; still, it's jarring to hear all that V8 noise coming from under the hood of what should be a laid back cruisin' vehicle.
Nice '48 woody, one of the best woody styles, thanks again Lou.
Happy to read you enjoy the style of this one :-) You're welcome Gerard.
What an amazing "woody"
The perfect amount of show and go!
You can tell there was a lot of love put into this beauty.
GREAT VIDEO LOU.

Hi Rusty, Happy to read you enjoy the looks of this "Sleeper" :-) My pleasure sharing this one with you, and you're welcome, Lou
I'm pretty sure they were made with styling in mind, as accident repair brought a whole new set of problems 😉
@@kimosabbe50 - I kind of suspected so, especially with this being a ‘48 when metal/steel was in full swing with all the left over steel from WW2.
wow!! hi lou, good to see the "ultra-rare" woody, this you just don't see at all anymore. as i've always said, they don't make 'em like they used too! and never will, thanx, keep 'em coming!
Hi Top Cat, Happy to receive a "wow!!" from you :-) You're right, they are not built like this one. I'll do my best to keep them coming, Lou

Hi Larry, Happy to read you enjoy the Ford motor in this one :-) Lou
Where are the surfboards? The Beach Boys hits “Surfin’ Safari” and “Surfer Girl” mention woodies.
NICE !
Not sure what you mean by "go cart
Please explain
When you ride in a go cart, you can turn on dime, and back again and with no body roll.
ouff ❤️
