I have made 3 Matchas (linen and rayon) - love them! Just a hint for anyone thinking of trying it. (Definitely try it!) It is a voluminous top, but don't be tempted to size down based on the wearing ease. The pattern instructions suggest choosing a size based on your shoulder measurement. That is a good instruction to take seriously or risk a finished garment that has too tight a fit in your shoulders. Anticipate lots of compliments on your finished piece!

My first time watching, I loved this sewing/homesteading combo! I’m a vain fashionable lady but normally when I’m watching sewing videos I’m thinking “but can I feed chickens in it?” With most of these items I could see them being both pretty and functional 💜

Your clothes are beautiful ❤ I love the simplicity of them, 😂pun intended. I will be looking for that style. 👀 and love the picture above your bed. My grandmother used to paint scenes like that.

Thank you 🩷 The painting is an original, my grandma had it painted for her home by a local artist. It's a scene from just outside my hometown. I love it 😍

The Petrichor pattern is lovely. I’ve just made it but no photos yet.

Lots of pretty ones! (Just FYI, "Challis" is pronounced "sha-lee." It's an Anglo-Indian word meaning "soft").
