Don't sell yourself short Brett. Been watching you since you started and have enjoyed all of your demos. Great personality and great playing. You Aussies sure know how to live! (and golf haha)
Brett, can you please tell me how this and the Zendrive compare? If you are reluctant to say which one you like better, what are the differences? Also, I know the Wampler Ecstacy is another cool pedal, but not designed to be a one trick (Dumble) pony. Specifically, can you tell me how the Dumble tones compare on these three? Thanks in advance.
I think it would be at the moment, yes. And yes, this is similar although Brian's pedal is capable of more gain and other tones thanks to its three clipping options. This nails the honey, though. One-stop shop, I reckon.
Thanks, but you are too kind. I really have no idea about the sort of stuff that is 'normally' associated with a d-amp. I'm an old-school power chord bloke. Wait till you see Shaun Klinger's reading of this pedal. It will be up later tonight. :)
Wow. Fantastic sounding pedal. SO many good tones! I loved all but the bassiest/darkest tones, but I'm sure many would LOVE to play with those tones too. I'm really wondering how this pedal compares to the Hermida Audio Zendrive. Got any thoughts there, Burgs? I think this is just BEGGING for a comparison vid of Dumble-like OD pedals.
IMHO possibly the closest pedal sonically to real D amp tone characters. How does the pedal sound with a Strat or Tele plugged in...? very good demo..! Cheers
The tone from 2:10 and on is killer, just fabulous.

That’s a diamond of a pedal. Got to check that one out.

Wow sweet pedal. Would this be in your top 5 OD pedals Brett?? Love my Ecstacy drive is this similar?
Haha. Yeah, the Laney is a killer amp. No complaints there!
No problems, Eike. You've made a pretty special pedal - I'm just the messenger! :)
Goodbye Zendrive! Got mine on the way thanks a million Burgs!
Haha. That was easy. Enjoy! It really is a great pedal, though. I'll be hanging on to this one for sure.
How much for the pedal?
No boost? :(
Oooh. Think I like this one!
Tweaking it right could be the way for Robben Ford tones...

sure soundz good !
... very expense ... 239 euros.. that must be about $315.00 US
should have been called the Albus... Then there is no Dumble trademark problem and the name is cooler. That said, a great sounding pedal
I meant with gain dimed
I like it loud. :)
Heheh. Yeah, it's pretty hard not to like this one... :)
