my go-to setting for this is. Level: 2-3 o'clock Bass: 11 o'clock Middle: depends on amp but most of the time 11 - 1 o'clock Treble: 1 o'clock Gain: depends on the song but most of the time 1 o'clock Input: If humbucker, 9-11 o'clock.... if single coil, 12-3 o'clock and this is my favorite dirt pedal of all time .
Hi Alberto, always spectacular playing! JCM Drive is a very good overdrive but not sure the best MIAB. There are quite a few pedals on the market that simulate that kind of sound better in my opinion. If it were called differently maybe I would like it more :-)
You're right. Many manufacturers are launching "Marshall" style products. There are so many that I can't say which one is my favorite, but this Weehbo is very good, definitely. Thank you. Regards.
@@backinblack2817 I think Alberto agrees with Brunetti SLP. Another made in Italy great sounding overdrive pedal is the Formula B Super Plexi, a type of a Marshall JTM in a box. Hope Alberto will make a demo one day.
@@FaberGT86 There seems to be some excellent Marshall-type pedals coming out of Italy lately (incl. Cicognani Engineering and Gurus Amps). Cheers and thanks to Alberto for the great demos!
it might depend on what kind of music you want to play and your other gear. I use my JCM Weebho in front of my Marshall Origin. I also boost the JCM Weebho with either a EQD Palisades or Friedman Buxom Boost. Believe it or not, I can play anything from Billy Idol, to Iron Maiden, to Mastodon, and even Exodus with this setup. I haven't done any Gary Moore on this but I am sure I can also get those tones too. I also have the JVM Weehbo, and that with a similar setup is one of my favorite pedals, but very different.
Thank you for this great demo Alberto, I really love it! Keep up your great work, best regards from Hannover - Eike

"Tele on the rocks" sounds amazing!

_ killer playing & arrangement. Profi 👌🏼! But is it a 'must have' - tool? To me: I'm not sure..._

OK, so please tell us your best (non-valve ones of course to be fair)? The LPD Sixty8 Deluxe will be hard to beat IMHO...

which one is better, this one or drybell the engine foundation preamp ?
They are very different, but both are very good. Perhaps the Engine has a more classic and versatile tone
