I never heard of Angels Flight until i read the book by Michael despite coming to LA over 30 times. No one ever mentioned it and i never saw it in a tourist guide. Maybe because it is downtown where no one was meant to go. But Frank Gehry designs Disney Music Hall downtown and everyone knows about it and wants to see it. It's strange because most cities are proud of their downtown or CBD areas.
That is a pretty neat video, reminds me of my trip to the Alps in Switzerland. I am an old lady of 55 and I like to actually climb to the top by walking. I have a book by Michael Connelly at the library and ordered the November book for this rehab library of the Revoluntionary War. Michael if you want come visit us because LA may be bombed by terrorists. I am a Russian spy.

Michael, have you ever been on the Incline that goes up Mt. Washington in Pittsburgh? It's quite old as well but it goes from old to older!
