In college when Caitlin first hit the scene, outside of Iowa and a few other schools, nobody was talking about women’s basketball. There weren’t many tv appearances for the most part and ratings were terrible. But like a lightbulb went off, all of a sudden she started turning heads. Not only did she advance her name into the mainstream but she made her teammates nationally known. But it didn’t stop there, the other great players that were playing for other teams started to become mainstream names. It was like a vail was lifted and all of this amazing talent around the game was now shining brightly. The problem with the W right now isn’t the players on the court it’s the people off the court that have created a narrative that this didn’t happen. But what I know is that I’m learning about all the wonderful talent that exists in the W because of this woman that’s bringing their names to the forefront. The college game will forever be changed because of the people we know from this transition. I believe the W will also go through this same transition. It started before Clark came but she’s the sharp end of the spear. Don’t get confused about how you advance from here, you have the tools to show the world that this is a league of exceptional players, you just have to ignore the media and wait for them to transition as well.
Caitlin is the very thing that the "W" needed to shock the Media into recognizing the value of the sport. Even in College, she excited the peopls and the male Dominate Press had to see and listen to the sport. She makes everyone better, even those whose records she is beating. Cynthia said it right.
CC is the MVP of the league, because by concept she is the difference between life & death for her team & the league too. You take her out and its game over. No dreams of championship for the Fever, no bringing up retired record holders no jersey sales not Tv deals attendance no sponsorship for the players, it would be back to darkness
Yes she has it all. I want to go back and find old tapes and what these ladies that started it all. I came to the WNBA for Caitlin and want to learn it all.

Within the first 5 seconds of this video is why Caitlin is MVP of the league because of what she do for the Fever.
How many channels is this same exact video on with the same narrator voice exact same script?
Not enough
Cheryl didn’t play in the W but ok. I get it.
Love it 'she's like John Wick.'
What game winner has she had in the W? No shade tell me.
four free throws OT vs the Dream doesn't count?
More bullshit lies from bullshit content creators.
She said this like six months ago. Stop lying about when people say things.
