Just wanted to say that the work that's been done on this game is phenomenal. It's literally what I imagined in my head whilst making the original, only I wasn't skilled enough to make it anywhere near as good as this (and still aren't). I am glad it seems to be in truly capable hands and I genuinely can't wait to see where this project goes! Kudos to all involved :)

I just want to take a moment and especially congratulate my bro Luka 45, for being the main person for making this trailer and overall progress thus far possible for you guys. This is why he is now the Co-Lead of our project and it is a well deserved and earned role which has been proven by all of the effort and hard work he has done behind the scenes in all this time we have been practically away from the public for so long.

And yeah it bums me out still sometimes that the original was never truly what I wanted it to be and so full of bugs, but life got in the way and I had so much University work to be doing so it took a back seat and then I never had the motivation after to make flash games so I'm glad someone has taken the reigns :)
Sonic Smash Bros was a big part of my childhood, to be honest, I loved it when I was younger. When I saw this project for the first time, I was amazed and filled with nostalgia, it’s all so amazing to me. It’s not something you see everyday, like, you guys took your time and are making this with your hearts, and I love it. I wish y’all the best of luck and hope it’ll see the light. ❤️

If I didn't had a knowledge about the guys behind this and SSF2 as a whole, and someone came here and told me this was a legitimate fangame in the works, I would've surely believed them.
You guys made a fantastic work with this! Doing characters was already a really big thing, but THIS?! You all literally made the game UNRECOGNIZABLE from SSF2, and that's awesome! It really looks like a game of it's own!
There won't be any better modpack than this, be it a Beta or a 9.B modpack. Bravo, to all of you.
PD: But that let's me with a huge doubt. Aren't you all afraid people start editing and copying your mods? I know the SSF2 community isn't like that anymore, but there are some people like that left, I can assure you. What about it?

Bruhh this is easily the best Modpack for SSF2 in history and the cutscenes and the fact you guys are able do add a story mode alone is astonishing(I cant wait until I get to play)
