- This may sound a bit strange at first but learning how to isolate certain parts of your body and use the motion to your advantage helps in so many ways!
We get so caught up in the move, shine or turn pattern itself that we forget what goes behind the move, how we can use this twisting motion to prepare our body to either turn or even create more space with our partner!

Que linda clase! Quien toca ese tema?
Correctly, it is called Contra Body Movement, or CBM. It is a standardised, international nomenclature. Wondering a bit, how in your video this pretty banal thing, which is a dancing standard for a century or so, gets a new name and is taught as your own invention. Wheel invention anew? Or simply lazy to get educated yourself before "educating" others?
