You should definitely check out “Call me when you’re Sober” by Evenescence. As well as “Broken” by Seether, where Amy sings a duet with the Former Boyfriend, she is referring to in “Call me when you’re Sober”

They have so many good songs throughout the years it's hard to pick a favorite. It just comes down to how you feel each day.
I love seeing Asia’s reaction to Amy Lees voice given that she’s a singer herself
Fallen is all timer of an album for me. I havent really listened anything else they have released after it, but their debut album is easily 10/10 for me. Ive had the physical copy for 18 years now. Not a single filler or bad song in it.
I love the entire Fallen album, have owned it since it was released. It's on two of my "lists". My list of good music post 2000 (not a ton relatively speaking) and it's on my favorite albums of all time, no shit, and I own A LOT of albums. Every song on that album is fantastic and the entire album has a coherent theme and message presented in a different way. Many great albums are like that.
Anyway, I always tell people that aren't familiar with Evanescence to listen to going under FIRST. I agree... it puts what Amy Lee can do AND the harmonic brilliance of whoever does the arrangements front and center in a way that's easy to hear without even paying much attention. All of the songs on this album are arranged brilliantly from a harmonic point of view but this one it's so in-your-face.

You can't go wrong with any song with Amy Lee. An oldie is My Immortal to hear her pure voice.
Amy Lee has an intimate acoustic song with the lead singer of korn singing “freak on a leash” and I can never unhear the song. It’s a masterpiece!

If you haven't already discovered this, Amy Lee is "under water" in a lot of her videos....it's one of her "trademarks" in my opinion 😀
You should check out Amy Lee's collaboration with Wagakki Band performing "Bring me to life".
Wagakki Band held a special concert with a full live orchestra on February 16th 2020 titled "Premium Symphonic Night Vol.2 Live & Orchestra" in Osaka-Jo Hall. The band performed 16 songs altogether, including a special collaboration with Amy Lee from Evanescence.
The water scene is incredible.

It actually is about a significant other , the song is about being in a bad relationship with someone, and coming out of it, he keeps tearing her down, and she has to break free, Amy talked about it.
Check out the live version of My Immortal, just her and a piano. So crazy she has to be one of the best singer/musicians in history
