Hi @lucianokristiancostsilva1224
Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers? Jon
Hey! I installed the driver the way explained in the video. Logic finds the System-1 as an Audio input/output but I can't seem to find it in my instruments nor in my MacBook finder as a device. I redid the whole process but still can't seem to find a solution. Thank you very much for your reply in advance and great Video!
@Leon Vella. These types of issue are so hard to diagnose. Here is some of my logic to fix:
1. Numpty question, you are installing the correct version of the diver for your MAC o/s. Is this the latest driver?
2. When the System-1 is connected to the computer, if you go LaunchPad > Other > MIDI Audio Setup are you seeing the System-1 as a device and is it showing up as grey’d out? At least that would tell you that the MAC has recognised the device.
3. When you installed the driver did you get a security prompt? Did you undertake the security authorisation within 30 mins.
4. When you uninstalled the driver did you restart the MAC?
5. Is the System-1 on the latest version of its firmware. If not you might need to connect it to say a windows PC and update the firmware.
Sorry I can’t be more specific. I didn’t need to double shoot my installation as it went smoothly. Jon
@@TheMusicTechGuyUK Thank you very much for your reply, I appreciate it that you took the time too help me with my issue. I was able to fix the problem by myself by simply updating my MacBook to the latest version and just redid the whole process like you explained in your video.
Thank you very much again and nice and informing video!!
@Leon Vella. No problem and thanks for confirming to the community that the process has been validated. Jon
hi how change sample rate of the system 1 from 96khz to 48khz ? thanks for your lights

In the boutiques you change the sample rate in the driver interface with the computer. But with the original Aira you cannot do this. You are stuck at a maximum of 48Khz. Jon
