Hello Matt. As usual, thanks for posting your awesome vids (both hunting & 4x4ing). You do an absolute fantastic job of showcasing our beautiful South Africa to your many subscribers around the world. To all Matt's followers from around the world.....if you ever wondered what South Africa is like & would like to see it's immense then I honestly recommend that you watch & subscribe to a current RUclips channel called 'Itchy Boots' about a young Dutch lady called Noraly, who is currently riding her motorbike solo through South Africa. She has close to 1 million followers from all over the world......very worthwhile watching indeed👌. Us South Africans owe people like Matt & Norlay a massive thank you for showcasing South Africa's immense beauty to the whole world👏👌👍
Please do more of these video's. Your excellent quality camera shots/angles makes it an epic experience for me as the viewer. Not to mention informative commentary. Looking forward to more of the same.
Holy Toledo 👍 Very good video and congratulations on the trail. I like your Hilux and the modification is great. We are on vacation in South Africa at the beginning of October and are already looking forward. Many greetings from Berlin
There is no such thing as a bad 4x4 trail, only bad preparations. It is good that you made the upgrades/modifications to take on this trail. Thanks for sharing this.
Brother you never stop amazing me your country is beautiful and you have amazing hunting opportunity available keep up the filming hell you can film short trips take us to your local shops ring us along go the ride lol
I’m from Gauteng and will one of this days take my boys on a trip to one of the trails you show…Modified LC 79 as our wagon….Can’t wait. Thanks for the super content Matt…Super awesome and inspiring. Keep it up.
Making me want a fried egg 🍳it's been awhile 😋. Man I was kinda worried, you were moving pretty fast going down the dirt road... even though it was flat... yeah, yeah I know you just speeded up the film... I got jokes 😁
Wow that was so beautiful I'm form North Carolina we got trails in parts of our state that you can drive , but that spot was so beautiful . And your Wife is beautiful too so yes do some more videos like this ..
Hey, just to let you know that this episode is super interesting. Love it. I didn’t fast forward the video at all. There’s so much stuff to see. I can’t wait for this kind of video combined with hunting scenes. Thanks!
This was so reminiscent of my younger days, (40yrs. ago) when I used to trek in my 4X4 Dodge up into the Rocky Mountains here in the U.S. doing pre-season scouting for Elk. It's always good to have an idea of what lays ahead prior to the actual hunt so as not to have too many surprises. I had so many wonderful adventures, this video brought back so many great memories. Thank you for sharing your adventures....
Congrats on your marriage Matt, I pray that You and Nicole will be happy together for many years, God bless. My wife and I will hit 45 years this September.
Cool vid, great views! People not used to off roading might take this for granted. In reality, these tracks are often very intimidating, but, walking your approach, working it out and having the right gear works most of the time! Well done! This track is on my bl
Dude! What a gorgeous area that is! Your cinematography is spot on!! I live in the US and I know we have beauty as well but everytime I see one of your videos makes me want to visit SA!! Look forward to the next one!
You'd think, for a 3+ mile stretch of trail, the Park service could get a small tracked digger in there and take down the worst of the humps and ruts. It'd still be 4X4 only, but not suicidal.
Why? It's a technical trail for technical drivers that have the skill. Matt would have been advised of conditions. He's the one that still decided to do it in a stock vehicle. In South Africa the whole 4x4 community knows that is a bad idea. Yet there will be those that don't do their homework. Or don't believe the advice of the experienced.
Very nice video, incredible nature! A short question, "sukkelpoort" sounds Dutch, isn't it a Dutch name? The translation then would be "Fools Gate", not a bad name isn't it. You are quite lucky people living in such a beautiful country, too bad some people ruined it by being criminals.
Trust you also watching your country-lady Noraly's RUclips channel called 'Itchy Boots', of her solo motorbike trip through South Africa. She is an absolute inspiration to all her many followers (read their comments) and she has really showcased the immense beauty of South Africa 🇿🇦

Excellent video Matt, good to see that wonderful countryside and also the 4-wheeling too. Different to watch a video from you without a rifle at hand!
Cool vid, great views! People not used to off roading might take this for granted. In reality, these tracks are often very intimidating, but, walking your approach, working it out and having the right gear works most of the time! Well done! This track is on my bl

Hi. From New York 🗽 how are you guys doing? That’s an amazing video Matt thanks for sharing.
Fantastic
Awesome 👍👍
Great content, just add some hunting.
If you enjoyed this track, try Stofkraal in Sutherland,WC, very challenging and the track was made by hand by the farmer himself
See if you can get a try in a Steyr Pinzgauer. Maybe not so brilliant for long distance travel, but it'll go anywhere any other 4x4 will go.
Awesome
You'd think, for a 3+ mile stretch of trail, the Park service could get a small tracked digger in there and take down the worst of the humps and ruts. It'd still be 4X4 only, but not suicidal.
There is no park service, this is private land!

Hey Matt, I'd love to know what model Pajero that is please? It looks like a very capable beginner vehicle!
Lekker Matt, ek het dit nou waragtag geniet!! Let me know if want to explore more. Groetnis
I am always up for more!! I would like to get more involved with the 4x4 community in the Eastern Cape.
Very nice video, incredible nature! A short question, "sukkelpoort" sounds Dutch, isn't it a Dutch name? The translation then would be "Fools Gate", not a bad name isn't it.

Matt are you not the guy who shot a baboon with a crossbow in one of the hunting video?
Yip, that’s me😁
When baboons came near u might think about your rifle 😁😁
Nice trip,👍 In Dutch, sukkel means idiot. 😂
