finally, someone that uses LW-PLA with PLY and other types of wood for RC airplanes, If you can make a step by step instructions on how to build it and other 3d printed files included I would definitely buy it. for example, you can make 3d printed templates to cut Balsa ribs and other parts of the fuselage because not anyone has a laser cutter at home😄. But it's a very interesting project.
Hello, yes I live in Europe, in Estonia. I do not sell airplanes or their kits. However, I offer the plans and tutorials for these planes for free. So happy DIY
Hi Marko, love this model. I am planning to build one with full frame of tubes. Would it work with 4mm carbon tube for the copit and 3mm for the fusselaje? or is too week?
@@markoroolaid I as asking for you to share the files, I see that you did in the description Thanks. When build mine, ill post a video and credit you. Thanks T
At first, I recommend turning the power low completely. And quietly raising the temperature to find the right place. If it gets too hot, the hole in the cover will come in :) If the place is found, mark it on the iron as well. It's usually somewhere in the middle.
Hello. There is no more helping material. You can find a link to the drawings in the video comments. Take this process very creatively. You don't have to use 1:1 the same materials. Make with the material what you have or can get.
I appreciate your message I'm 3d printing the body for a carbon mold as we speak. What size rod and whst did u attach them toghther with. I apologise if you have already said in the comment's. I did try and have a look. Also your bush plane builds are some of the best out there so thanks for posting online
@@markoroolaid I mean you have a file for the 3D printed cowling and wings but what about plans for building the frame? Or is that just a learned skill?
at 22:22, YEP. this wing has a defective le; which results in no built-in positive aoa/aoi. consequently, the le of the wing should be slightly elevated; at the wing mount.
look grabcad.com/library/rc-stol-airplane-bush-aircraft-piper-j-3cub-3d-printable-1 RC STOL PLANE 2D Drawings.dxf The ribs are made of 2mm balsa, but in other places you can also use an 5mm balsa, it will be stronger
at 11:09, idk if it's scale, but it appears that the wingtip structure is undesirably elongated. i have seen at least two different wingtips; on j-3, and another version on a pa-18, supercub. the wingtip configuration used here, is Less-than ideal.
at 16:46, to the extent that it's practical, the Mass of wing-located servos Should be located FORWARD of thirty percent; aka the main spar. AND, as near to the vehicle's center line. these servos fail, at both.
man these videos would be awesome if you could go into some detail about how to build them
Very impressive build, she looks stunning. 👍🏻
Looking forward to the flight video. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome build, can't wait to print on my 3d printer😀
WOW very cool. Be sure to share the process as well. I'm already looking forward to it
Awesome work! I hope to see more of this airplane.

Nice music and wonderful build man.

Awesome build! Would love to see some flight footage😍
When the weather gets warm, the first flight will come. Large pile of snow at the moment
@@markoroolaid Looking forward to the video👍
Genial, hermoso. Me gustaria saber sobre los tipos de herramientas que usas. Cali, Col.
Thats one badass looking plane. Love it

that is a beautiful plane
Looks amazing great build and video.😀
Amazing build, thanks for sharing! 😊

Beautiful plane!
Thank you
Awesome video man and very informative. Thank you
You are welcome and thank you too
Hi Marko, very nice plane build.
I have a question.
What size prism did you use at 10:26?
Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What airfoild did you use. Whaat wing chord?
Thanks for sharing!!
hi Alex, USA-35B airfoil, chord 254mm
@@markoroolaid Many Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just subbed, amazing work Marko..
Did you sell Red bull kit? You live un Europe?

Very cool, but hardly 3d printed

Hi Marko, love this model. I am planning to build one with full frame of tubes. Would it work with 4mm carbon tube for the copit and 3mm for the fusselaje? or is too week?
However, I recommend slightly larger diameter tubes. It's really weak afterwards
hi, want to know which size of battery you use and where your cg is round about? Thanks
I can't remember exactly, but start by putting the CG a little forward about 1/3 of the wing root
@@markoroolaid will try, thank you
@@Majuk88 or use this calculator rcplanes.online/cg_calc.htm
Can you openly share the .stl files ans CNC files for the lazer?
Why shouldn't I be able to share them if I've made them myself :) :) :)

wow
thanks
Very nice work. What foil did you use for the body?
3M carbon 3D vinyl
You are using a regular iron...smart. How do you know what temperature is good for the covering? do you have a temp gun?
thanks

@@markoroolaid Got it thanks!!
The music is horrible
Ok
So cool! What program can I use to open and view the files for the wing?
hi, I use Vectric Aspire
I wanna build this! Do you have any sort of parts list or more pictures to reference?

What's the rear frame made of?
It is made of carbon fiber rods

Carbon rod 3x2mm, but you can also use 4x3mm. I use thread and instant glue to secure the connections better.
how long is it overall
Hi, Wingspan 1800mm and fuselage 1200mm
What are the black sticks your making the frame out of?
Carbon fiber rods

Hi, look .dxf fail grabcad.com/library/rc-stol-airplane-bush-aircraft-piper-j-3cub-3d-printable-1
you gonna fly it cause that id like to see
Yes, I would like to fly with it myself too, so as the weather gets warmer, the flight will come right away
@@markoroolaid any update on that
dude please stop making these beautifull planes i can't buy
:) Thanks
Always using 2080 3M film ? (Cause expansive).
Thanks master
Always using 2080 3M film and expensive yess. But trust me it is 1000% worth the price

you have used a THIN profile. so, the stall speed will be greater.

CF pushrods add to the AFT-located MASS.
dAVID IF YOU HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY KEEP IT TO YOURSELF THIS GUY BUILDS AMAZING PLANES
ribs SHOULD BE NOTCHED INTO the trail/false trailing edge.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey David, send me a link to one your builds?
this model IS GONNA behave WEIRD. there is too much mass, in the main wing. especially, outboard. ADD wing struts.!!!
at 6:31, these parts are HEAVY. can you NOT See that.?!?!? is this ply or what.
Hi David. It is 5mm balsa. And believe me, it's not heavy;)
IN ORDER TO LEARN SOME OF WHAT YOU do NOT know, now, you REALLY REALLY really Need to buy and make a STICK AND TISSUE KIT.
have you ever made a NORMAL main spar.?!?!?!
Now can you blow this up please.. can you also check your instagram dm.
