    Thanks for all your wonderful content. This looks like an awesome machine. Have you looked at their alternative to the honeycomb? AtomStack F3 Matrix Cutting Panel. Video seems to show it eliminating the char underneath. You didn't mention it so I'm guessing they didn't send one, but was wondering your take on their camera(s). They would take some adjusting for any enclosure you'd make, but interesting concept for open units. Side question. Your comment about Ortur. They are having a sale and I was looking at the Ortur LM3. For the sale price it seems reasonable. I respect your experience with these machines. What's the issues with Ortur?

      You can watch the several videos I have on the Ortur. It is worse now as they have NO customer service. As for the Matrix, it will not work for smaller items, so I would have to switch it out sometimes, which I don't want to mess with. Perhaps may change my mind at some point.

    Last year I've invested into Comgrow Z1 10W for fun cos it was advertised as cheapest but very capable diode laser.
    Then few months ago I somehow managed to get customer that make orders weekly so it repaid itself 5 times :)
    I've seen few of your reviews about Ace Pro A20 V2 24W last week and today I finally decided I will invest into and now I hope it will help me do things a bit faster.
    I wish I had money for this 70W, but I think Ace PRO V2 will still be good upgrade from 10W for now. It is insane how fast diode lasers are improving lately.

      Agreed! It is amazing how far we have come in such a short time. I still think 20w is such a good place to be. I am still thinking Co2 might be the better way to go once you get to the $2k range. Need some more time with the 70w to really figure it out. If you have not bought it yet, use my link of course. :)

      @@ValleyForged You are right, I am gonna think twice cos I actually also need a tool to work with transparent acrylics not just wood. Will see how their 24W will do for wood and will think about investing into co2 rather than 70W diode. I bought 24W few hours ago and to be honest I've tried 20 discount codes and affiliate links and nothing worked. None of them worked together with their newest auto applied 50$ over 500$ discount. For every single one it said I can't use or that it was used to many times. Then somehow I managed to apply one and got Laser + 80x40cm extension with 50$ over 500$ + additional 10% off. I've tried yours now and it disables 50$ over 500$ but at least it does give 10%, so it is usable for thoose who will also order few additional accesiories. I think their coupons are very missleading and unfair also their page is still advertising a free air assist with order, but I am a bit suspicious if I am gonna get it with cos it has been a week and I am almost 100% that 30 people already ordered it meanwhile. Such advertising is quite illegal for us EU costomers, but I will see.. Shouldn't really talk bad until I see what I will get :)
      Anyway, keep up the content I like your reviews and will try to support your work when ordering next machine and try to use your affiliate link.

    Just wondering about cleaning the lens as I can't find a video covering that.
    Are there replaceable lens available and how often should the lens be cleaned?
    Just purchased this machine, hoping it turns out as brilliant as it looks.

      I have not had to do that yet. Will look into it soon!

    How about the Iker all in one 70 watt machine. What do you think?

      I don't really know. I have not tested it or even really looked into it.

      @@ValleyForged From what I've seen, it is the same machine but in a very nice enclosure and it has a camera built into it. It looks like a very nice machine and I think it is only $300 more. Anyway just thought I would throw that out there.

    My laser machine arrived a few days ago and I'm struggling with the belt tension.
    For some reason the belts were on wrong when the machine arrived, they were looped in completely wrong and the side with the ridges was facing up instead of down, so I had to undo them and now I'm not sure how tight they should be.
    Any advice would be appreciated, as so far my first impressions are not too great.
    Thanks.

      I would jump on an atomstack forum on facebook and see what people are saying. I have mine just tight enough i can push the bottom one up to the top one with ease, but had a little tension. Adjusting them is not so difficult, so you can try a few different tensions. I was not 100% sold the first few days I had it, but now I am having trouble using other machines, lol. I would say print circles inside of circles close together over and over until they look right.

      @@ValleyForged Thank you for that information. Still having trouble, it might not be a tension issue, however. You said you can cut 3mm at 1000mm, can I ask what power at?
      Thanks for your help.

    • @ValleyForged
      @ValleyForged  Месяц назад

      @@ArtfluentCreations I almost always use 100% power when cutting, and only use 70w. Sometimes less for leather if it tests better. Hope you get it figured out soon. I actually like mine better by the day. It is not perfect, but that power is really making things easy. I will probably make another review in a week or so. Any issues or fixes you come across would be nice to hear about (to pass on).

      My laser is cutting at an angle the deeper it goes through the material and I keep being told that it is not perpendicular to the material. I have adjusted the laser but it is still happening.
      Also, do you mind telling me how many Allen keys were provided with yours as none of mine fit to remove the small screw to be able to replace the lens. Thanks for your help.

    • @ValleyForged
      @ValleyForged  Месяц назад

      @@ArtfluentCreations I don't remember. You may have to buy that allen key. Let's be real, we should all have a full set as they come in handy. I have never heard of a beam going at an angle, but you seem to be having a few very unusual issues. Perhaps you can ask Sunday on the Clack/Ventauri livestream. I will be joining them and we all have A70s. They are a bit more technical then I am.

      18mins vs 56 on Lasermatic. Which does not make sense, but there it is.
