  • Hello everyone!
    This week we're folding an amazing origami pop up star, also called a 'revealed flower'. The modules are very easy to fold; you need 60 modules of the inside color and 30 modules for the outside.
    Putting it together is a little harder and requires glue, but don't worry! If i can do it, you can do it. Please like and subscribe to see more cool origami content, and leave questions and suggestions in the comment section!

    hi could you tell me the measurements of the paper you used to make this origami please?

    • @JaritOrigami
      @JaritOrigami  Год назад +1

      Of course! These were square and 7,5 centimeters in width. I’d say its the optimal size. If you don’t have the exact measurements, i would go with smaller rather than larger because of the stability!

      Hi Vero, it took me around 3 hours to fold the modules and 1 hour to assemble it. After folding a few modules your hands will do it automatically ;)

      Hi Aurore, glue is definitely necessary! As for most easy-ish modular origami’s :)

    Did you have to use two different sizes of paper? I have attempted twice and keep failing at it! Any tips

      No Tiffany, I used one size of paper for every module! At what step exactly did you fail? I’m happy to help.

    Hi! This looks a lot like Valentina Gonchar's "Revealed Flower" model. My suggestion is to mention the creator's name in the video's title or description. Thanks!

    Is it even necessary glue to make this origami ???

    • @JaritOrigami
      @JaritOrigami  Год назад +1

      Hello Bea, yes, glue is definitely necessary! The connection is not strong enough without glue, and essembeling it would be a huge pain.

      I think that it will probably work! The ball will be more sturdy but quite a bit smaller.

      Goede vraag Pieter! Ik merkte dat veel mensen uit andere landen mijn video’s ook keken; niet alleen Nederlanders dus. Het leek mij dus een goed idee om het gewoon duidelijk uit te leggen zonder Nederlandse uitleg; zodat iedereen op de wereld het kan volgen! Hopelijk is het nog steeds te begrijpen :) Groetjes
