how do you use multiple block lists? I would like to use all three levels

you can register on i-blocklist, login and then under CATEGORY click on "My Lists".
Then simply select the lists you want.
Name it.
Select Merge.
Then Click on "Create List"

Make sure Transmission is closed, then:
• Cmd+Shift G in Finder
• ~/Library/Application Support/Transmission/blocklists
Delete blocklists.bin
Done :-) Happy New Year!
