Has anyone noticed since South Park’s Panderverse episode, KK has gone MIA? No public appearances, no comments on the Acolyte or Patty Jenkins thoughts on her (not) Rogue Squadron movie/series/whatever? I wonder if she’s still even working.

Done with star wars. As a woman who was in line for star wars in 1977 pregnant with my son I will tell you that star wars was everywhere in the house while he was growing up. Now he is 47 and has raised his kid in the way of force. Star wars always felt like it was for everyone, and being a girl and loving it should say a lot given it was the end of the 1970's and early 1980's. But as life sometimes goes things come to an end. And I am very sorry to say that it is time to RIP star wars. Even my grandkids who love star wars,( but not the last 3 movies) do not want to see the new stuff, except the Bad Batch they do love that, but all 4 have said when it is over then they are done. So very sad.

When comes to Lucasfilm end of the day everything going on isn't all Woke but Lucasfilm does have it occurring more often than not when you compare them to say Universal, Legendary, Lionsgate, or even Warner Bros Discovery. That said not everything Woke is all Kennedy because I can look at the latest Star Wars game and say that's more Sweet Baby Inc than Lucasfilm. But much of what we truly see at Lucasfilm is regardless of what you want to call is change and it's change that has not been working. Even if the statement is true that Kathleen Kennedy has to be convinced about a project well I know of another long time name in the Sports Entertainment section who needed that kind of convincing but still had the power of the pen and that was former WWE owner Vince McMahon. McMahon would need heavy levels of convincing to change something for the better but as time worn on you could see more and more that McMahon just didn't have the ability to be a successful creator as it showed up in the overall numbers and now that he is gone and his son in law another long time name in the business is running the creative side of things the WWE is climbing up in the numbers overall. While no one bats 1,000 or throws nothing but touchdowns, or makes all the jump shots the moment a player is missing more than half and when the chips are on the line and they come up short it's time to move on and that's where most audiences are with Lucasfilm.
One thing that is NOT debatable is her destroying the Star Wars name. All you have to do is look at the financial picture to tell. Don’t have to take my word for it.
I want to watch more Star Wars, but I'm not sure I want to watch more Disney Star Wars.

Iger and Kennedy are terminally woke, so anything coming out of Disney in the forseeable future will be as well. It has been years since I did business with Disney, and I don't expect to during the next five to ten years. Most of my interest now is in vastly superior entertainment coming from Japan.

To be honest Star Wars started dying for me when Lucas redid 'A New Hope' (Han shoots first). I hated that he went back and erased the original instead of just putting out a new edition. The prequels and the final 3 were all 'one watch' movies. I really enjoyed Rogue One and had high hopes for Obi Wan but quit it after 2 episodes and I haven't been back since. No interest whatsoever in the Acolyte
me too mate. The "upgraded" A New Hope removes much of the charm, and adds nothing of value. Rogue One is the only bright spot on an otherwise abysmal situation.

Cray Cray and Di$ney Star Wars are as woke as the day is long. To say KK isnt, is to again shit in the faces of the fans, as all evidence to the contrary has been screaming at us since 2015. The Star Wars saga ENDED with Rise of the Sith (as far as release dates are concerned) OR Return of the Jedi (chronologically) depending on how you want to look at it. It was a good run, but nothing lasts forever.
