This theme needs to be used a lot more; Marvel’s weakness is the consistency of musical themes; they’ve used the Avengers theme to great effect and has allowed it be iconic. A lot of their other themes have the same potential but need to be used more consistently

There's good reasons for this. One of the reasons is that many of the composers have different styles. Also, the themes for each movie pertains more to the story of the movie than the character. In Civil War, the music suits the story of the movie, a story about a family, the Avengers, falling apart. In Thor Ragnarok, the music suits the story and setting. It wouldn't make much sense to use those themes for sequels. If the movies shared composers more, there'd probably be more continuity. Now Doctor Strange 2, though, it's just because Danny Elfman only wants to use his own music. Which becomes very obvious because he only uses Giacchino's theme for a total of 5 seconds. This is one of my main criticisms of the movie.

After civil war, the individual themes showed up again a lot more and in more appropriate places
Falcon and the winter soldier has a lot of remastered versions of first avenger and captain America themes
