If you put smoke and rush into 13 enemies and get all of them, It would make a good clip for a video but it's very unlikely that it would happen and you should try it out many times. Instead he gives them less deaths but take as much enemies as he can. People who watch this video should analyse how he plays and implement in their plays. I'm sure it would help a lot in a map like operation metro and locker. Two maps which are very confined, hard to flank and hard to get away from fight the moment you engage in. What I observed is this : Slice the pie, always give yourself a room for retreat, don't engage in fights 1 vs multiples enemies where enemies are facing you directly.
