In this episode we will show you how we built our staircase for our log cabin step by step. I built them from scratch exept the railing. I used raw leftover materials from construction. It my first time making it and we hope you will enjoy it.

Beautiful craftsmanship for sure,your attention to detail makes a huge difference. I would have preferred round or square aluminum pickets under the handrail instead of wood. I like a contrast using various types of products. Hopefully the wood will last for a very long time. Kudos to your hard work.

By the looks of all the new tools this is your first project in this kind of carpentry? When so the result is even more impressive. The stairs look good!
Are the screw holes closed with dowels later on?

All the tools i have they are like 3 some of them 5 years old. I to look after them and clean after every work... tools are my weakness 😁

А вот как закреплен второй пролет не нравится. Вся эта тяжесть, со ступеньками и перилами прикручена к нижней площадке на 4 (!) самореза. Идеальным решением было бы поставить на пятку на площадку, а счас... ну не знаю, насквозь сверлить и на шпильку гайками притянуть. А так - 4 самореза не выдержат, да еще и в самый момент когда по ним кто-то проходить будет.

Tools are like my weekness 😁 saving some some for festool tracksaw and mirka or festool round sander 😁
