Jabali is sulking because his Mum is weaning him.She is still loving and gentle towards him . He is a lovely , funny little character but needs to “Silverback up” Go on Jabali leave your Mum alone.
Tay does her best to distract and support Jabali but he’s so determined and relentless. He needs stronger discipline or it will take forever to wean hm…🤷🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽

Thats why most gorilla infants/young juveniles nurse UP TO age 4 and perhaps a little longer depending on their meeds. And since I worked with WLLG and other primates, here's something you don't know, and that is they can have osteo issues just like us. Yes, osteo issues, which means their bones can become brittle, they can develop osteoperosis, and many other issues. Jabali won't be 4 until Halloween, so he still has a few months to go. If this nursing bothers you, don't view Orangutans, as their big babbies can nurse UP to age 7. 😊😅
I have a question guys, when ringo and jabali will be silverbacks, will they go to the wild? Despite of Jabali is older than Ringo, Ringo is the copy of Djeeco, the face, the beauty and the talent like body chest. He would be the future Alpha. Jabali is the son of the love, Tayari is Djeeco’s favorite wife. I love also Ringo’s mom, she is so silent.
@@MarioSturnioloGO They probably won’t go to the wild. The only ones that I’ve heard of rewilding is thru the Aspinall foundation. Last I heard is Jabali will be going back to the Netherlands when he’s older. I don’t know about Ringo.
I’ve seen bigger and older nursing mom. Some moms bite the kid lightly to discourage nursing and some moms let the nurse til 6 years of age! 😂No thank you!🥲
