Are the rats at the Phoenix VA really bigger than cats ?
No. We did have problems with roof rats in that area of Phoenix at one time because of all the mature fruit trees. However, those problems have been effectively managed and are now under control.
If I move there can I get a beige stucco house?
Hi David, Stucco/Frame is very typical here as it does well in our climate. However, there are many other styles.
