Lived in Phoenix area most of my life. The city of Mesa does a great job. There are always events, recreation, and the streets are pretty well maintained. I've lived in Mesa for a total of 6 years, and they've been the best!
Wonderful feedback but it definitely depends on WHERE in Mesa. It's hard to say one thing about Mesa and have it apply to the entire city.
