No, it is still open! Also, there will be another option for water activities soon in Gilbert. Cannon Park will hopefully open this year at Warner and Power Roads. It will have surf pools.

Hi Marta, there are two types of manufactured home subdivisions. One where you own the lot and there is no lot lease, and the other is where you are just purchasing the manufactured home, not the land. On these you will have the land lease.

I agree. Climate is important. Fortunately the government is taking steps to insure our future water supply.

It is beautiful November through March. I would extend it through May. The summers are hot, but better than six months of cold :)

It definitely has changed over the last 10 years! Prices have increased here and across the country, pushing the first-time home-buyer further out with longer commutes.

Prices have increased over the last few years, but the prices are better than prices in many areas of the metropolitan area and other states. My goal is to give you a feel of what the price ranges are in the different areas so you can decide if it is a good fit for you. I appreciate you watching and your comments.
