I can’t believe new distributors are not pissed once they realize the same tactics were used to get them to join. But no they join in and begin to lie to people right away and tell people what an opportunity it is and how it has changed their life. It’s scary that they get these people to set aside their morals. I would feel so duped if I found out the person that recruited me was just lying.
I think at first so many people look up to these individuals as impressive leaders. And with the love bombing, brainwashing that everything is normal, and all of the other things they’re trained. I think most people are put into situations where it’s easy to fall into the Seint MLM mindset. It’s so sad. Because many don’t realize how culty and fucked it is untill they have issues and get out.
That's because of the real nasty part of MLM; they go for vulnerable people they know they can brainwash for sure. Love bombing people that are in a hard place is a sure way to make sure you have blind followers- they don't see this as the manipulations tactics as we do, they really do believe they're helping people, and are insistent and can get nasty because they fear the rejection they get from their leaders. Remember, these poor women have to sit on a group call and listen to the people that 'helped' them say how disappointed they are in them, how they're letting the whole team down, how despite how they're buying every new product the company is coming out with and going into debt because of it they're not as committed as Jenny over here, who recruited 20 new people to the team. When the pink glasses finally come off, they don't feel duped- they feel downright betrayed and ashamed.

I wonder if part of the reason it's so important to all these MLMs to create an 'us vs them' kinda mindset and really hammer on it is because these sleazy, intrusive, deceptive techniques every top leader espouses to their downline were actually used on the people in that downline. Like in this video she talks about the fake "I only have 3 spots left" kinda bullshit and how that worked on Amanda. And now Amanda is just sitting there and, without such a strong 'us vs them' mindset, she might realise how bullshit it is that she was lied to and tricked. They all talk kinda a lot about to how deceive people into the 'opportunity' but they're talking directly to people who often were themselves deceived into it. The 'us vs them' makes it feel like things have changed and you're in the in crowd now so it doesn't matter. Who you were before is sort of seen as a different person. I also wonder if that's part of the reason self development is so shoved down everyone's throat too. It seems like that's because - 1. If you're working on yourself, then maybe you don't feel like a bad person even when you realise that the way the company works is intrinsically evil. 2. If you're self developing a lot, maybe you stop relating (and empathising) so much with the past version of you since you're different now. This would probably make it easier to not empathise with the newbies who are in the same position you used to be. Maybe that didn't make sense but I think it does! Also maybe it's all just so obvious that it never gets mentioned. Haha oh well!

This is so so fascinating. I found you from researching about Seint scams and the biggest question for me is Kat Fairchild. She used to seem so sweet and innocent years ago when promoting the company but now comes off like a shadow of that self. These videos are so incredible. I look forward to them every time ❤️

I wish I had found your videos sooner! I tried so hard to find out if Seint was a MLM, and couldn’t find much info about them months ago! I actually wanted to try the products just to see if they were any good (not knowing this was a MLM) tried it out. They’re “ok” not the best thing I’ve ever tried being that I’m a makeup artist. I never tried to recruit anyone I just wanted to try the products. Once I started seeing stuff come out about them being an MLM I got out. I was also told if you wanted to make money you HAD to recruit. I also had another lady randomly reach out to me regarding the company and I tried telling her they are an MLM and that I got out of it. She said she could see some suspicious things but she won’t get out, unfortunately.

Ya know, like a headline on an article”. Girl like what 🤦🏼♀️ I was told by the same person to stop googling the company bc they are lying. I guess I was finally informed & asking the right questions. I was appalled at what I found out just by doing a little research. I am ashamed that I was ever apart of something that awful & predatory. I truly believe that my former up line is brainwashed & she thinks she is doing the right thing, which is even scarier in my opinion. So.....I love the Seint make-up. I have mature skin and it works better for me than any make-up I have tried - which is thousands of dollars of foundations I threw away. That said, I knew to order I needed a color match. I contactes someone I saw on FB. Nice lady, no pressure. And I ordered. She has never pressured me to "sign up." I have zero interest making money on this. It's just a holy grail product I will contibue to buy. I have been approached many times in my life to sell various MLM products. Some good. Some bad. I have never yielded. I am sorry you have a grudge with MLM practices. But trashing a company with a damn good product is not admirable. Anyone can say NO to being recruited. And anyone can choose to recruit if they want to make money the MLM way. Choices! I choose to use this product and not sign up to sell. Anyone can choose the same.
Can you talk about some alternative products. I know nothing about makeup and not sure what to buy to achieve the awesome looks they post on Insta. Also I like clean products so.. go 😜
Ilia, Saie, Merit, Tower 28, Milk makeup, and Kosas are my favorites. They are all clean makeup brands and they all make beautiful cream and liquid products. The Kosas tinted oil makes my skin look so smooth and healthy. Merit makes the prettiest cream blushes and Milks cream bronzer is gorgeous. Ilia has the best lip products. Saie has a highlight gel that I love for no makeup days. The best part is that all of these cream products can be used on your face, lips, and eyes just the same as seints. Pretty much any cream product can be used all over the face for a monochromatic look. Even Elf has a cream stick for like, $4 that comes in several shades for this purpose.

I know someone that does this, and she tells people they will make over $1000 a month, but she’s not doing that herself. The self-delusion of calling oneself “an artist” because they do sales is a joke. You might want to check the company’s rating with the Better Business Bureau, and pyramid schemes are illegal in the United States. People that are easily influenced and gullible are drawn to such scams.

So.....I love the Seint make-up. I have mature skin and it works better for me than any make-up I have tried - which is thousands of dollars of foundations I threw away. That said, I knew to order I needed a color match. I contactes someone I saw on FB. Nice lady, no pressure. And I ordered. She has never pressured me to "sign up." I have zero interest making money on this. It's just a holy grail product I will contibue to buy.

Ilia, Saie, Merit, Tower 28, Milk makeup, and Kosas are my favorites. They are all clean makeup brands and they all make beautiful cream and liquid products. The Kosas tinted oil makes my skin look so smooth and healthy. Merit makes the prettiest cream blushes and Milks cream bronzer is gorgeous. Ilia has the best lip products. Saie has a highlight gel that I love for no makeup days. The best part is that all of these cream products can be used on your face, lips, and eyes just the same as seints. Pretty much any cream product can be used all over the face for a monochromatic look. Even Elf has a cream stick for like, $4 that comes in several shades for this purpose.
