Rigatoni is really good in a vegetable soup. I call it tuscan rigatoni . It has olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, garlic powder, parsely, zucchini, mushrooms, celery, carrots, cannelini beans, crushed tomatoes, grated parm. Awesome.

Amazing that Carla Lalli Music (formerly of Bon Appetit) is a non-lover of Angel Hair as well. I have so happen to love, love Angel Hair, it’s the only pasta that I buy. Don’t know what keeps people so divisive about the subject.
I love homemade pappardelle in San marzano sauce it melts in your mouth with a chicken parmasan on the side of course.
In Italy they don't use flour, they use semolina instead. This is part of the reason they are not so fat.
