I worked there as a young person for a lot of years and my kids now do. Awesome place to work, like family. The magic is not just the food but certainly is the delicious part! Well done!
The New Glasgow Lobster Suppers is an incredible experience and is well worth the visit and the money. One other nearby place that's also worth visiting, if you should find your way back to PEI: The Blue Mussel Cafe in North Rustico, Harbor (or Harbour, since it's Canada). Beautiful place and terrific seafood (and as I write this, I'm having fond memories of their Seafood Bubbly Bake). Also, just down the road from New Glasgow Lobster Suppers, Prince Edward Island Preserves. Terrific jams and jellies. Loved PEI, and your videos!
" They gave us salad so we don't eat any more mussels " so true, love it!!😃 Everything looked fantastic. Thank you for sharing and bringing us along on y'alls adventure.
Great video! I live in the province of New Brunswick and I've been going to this place for lobster suppers since around 1979. I haven't gotten there the past 2 years because of Covid and I miss it. Glad you enjoyed your visit.
You need to come back and try our new potatoes I think every islander greats excited when they hit the market! first night I get them I have a plate of them for supper and have for as long as I can remember. Next summer I’m trying the ham! You need to try the lemon meringue pie there nothing else comparison to it!
Was there the night you were, Was temped to say hi, but was too shy. I agree about the ham - the best place to have it. Messaging from Calgary but am a Maritimer.
Well done, guys! You've perfectly captured the magic of this unique place. I popped my New Glasgow Lobster Suppers cherry back in 1987, and have returned as regularly as possible since then. May they enjoy their continued success!
Everything looked yummy especially the pie! Best part of the video is seeing sweet Kana at the end! Not sure if I spelled her name correctly. Enjoying seeing Canada! Not many RVers or vanlifers show Canada. Thanks for sharing!
If you guys are still there, then a must see is Richard's. located in PEI national park for the best lobster roll sandwiches. If either of you enjoy home made breads and worlds best cinnamon buns. Then stop by in the morning just on the edge in Cornwall opposite side from the plaza named Mary's Cornwall Bakery. My wife and I visit it every tine we are in PEI.
"Hi Mom!" yes, Lobster dinner was my gift to my mother every mother's day. She's on the other side of the country now. Think she only had one lobster dinner without me being around.
Great spot, but make sure you get line up on the "right" side of the doors. They were not very helpful this past summer telling people where to form up.
Love the New Glasgow Lobster Suppers! I wish you guys had spent more time on PEI, it’s my favourite province.
Wer will be back someday 😃
thanks great review and lots of useful info --enjoy your travels and stay safe out there!

A special lobster dinner for mom ❤️
Was Michael tipsy talking in this video? lol you said that it didn't seem like a lot of food but I would have been full after the rolls and salad.
Lol - at the end, we definitely ate more than enough food ☺️
