How to make Lu'au or Palusami a different way!

  • Saw a tongan girl at work make it this way before ages ago, so i tried it this way instead of making individual parcels. Same great taste, half the work!
    Ingredients
    1 bunch luau/taro leaves
    2 cans corned beef/pisupo
    1 litre coconut cream (Kara and Peepee Lelei are both perfect for this)
    Salt, pepper and MSG to taste
    Extra dish of water in the oven to keep things moist.
    Bake 180 fan forced for 1 hour.
