I absolutely love the space. I couldn’t help but laugh because my kitchen and dining room are cover with herbs and seeds that needs to be processed. But I have been enjoying my lemongrass and holy basil tea. The girls are doing so great with gymnastics. Definitely reminds me of my girls when they were younger. Definitely agree with teaching about herbs. I have been writing things down in my materia medica to pass along for generations to come. Thank you so much for sharing. I hope you and your family have an amazing week!

It is amazing what you are doing this year I live in Canada I wish I could buy you’re sprays
They’re easy to make on your own too! just distill the herbs that you like the scent of, like we show in our distilling video with lavender. And then preserve it with some Everclear, and you have your spray! It’s so potent! if distilling doesn’t fit in your budget, source out a pure essential oil of the plant you prefer, add a few drops into the Everclear, let it sit for about an hour, so it can dissolve and then add some water to the top of your bottle, and that will be very close as well! The everclear helps with dissolving the oil, that way the oil doesn’t sit on top of the water, the oil actually mixes into the water then. I hope this helps you so that way you can enjoy your own plant sprays! Everyone deserves to smell the fresh scent of their garden!❤️🌿

You GUYS♥️♥️♥️ my heart melted with all of this! I have been studying aromatherapy for about 5 years and I’m 25! For me I think that I have started old. And hearing you out made me feel so good! Because even if I’m STILL learning, and feel like a beginner- no need to rush things in life- my daughter also loves working with plants and smell the things I create 💕 she’s about to turn 3 and it made my heart melt when you said they will carry on this journey as well. What a beautiful family you have! And gorgeous set up as well! My lab is so messy and just in front of the kitchen 😹 your lab is totally Dream goals! Much love and blessings 🫶✨

I love your herb room!! It’s so cozy & I bet it does smell amazing in there. 🥰 I’m putting a big focus on growing herbs this year too, I’m learning about herbal formulas & trying to grow as much as I can on my own for my formulas. I was diagnosed with possible cervical cancer in june….I won’t do a biopsy to find out, I’m only doing herbs, castor oil packs & im going on a raw fruit diet for 90 days. I talked my doctor into just keeping an eye on me while I go through this. Can’t wait for spring so I can get deeper into the herbs & fruits!

Thank you so much! The girls wanted to show the skills they’ve been learning at class so…🤣😂 It’s unique so we figured it would be entertaining. Never doubt your creativity. Creativity is the strongest when you unplug from electronics and focus solely on a project you find passion in. When I was constantly online, it really messed with my creativity, that’s why we sporadically take breaks.
