It's called a hoodie or sweater material. Comes in different GSM. If you are in Lagos, benin or abba you can get it easily.

Bale material,i got it from men's store,it looks like cashmier but it's stronger than cashmere and doesn't reflect too

Thanks for the tutorial. But is the waist of the skirt your exact waist before the elastic or you added extra inches. Let’s say your actual waist is 24’ hip 36’. Did you use 24’ while cutting the skirt or you added few inches?
