You are an angel in disguise. I have been diagnosed with ALS/Lou Gehrig disease. Your exercises really help me to hang on to my speech as long as I can. I truly appreciate you. Please continue to help as many people as you can. Thank you for your compassion!

I try singing apashia but I sing it to fast I can't control the words as they come out from my mouth

Ashleen, if you train yourself to sing + speak a litlte more slowly, it will help a lot. It will take practice. In case you use songs on RUclips, I made a video about slowing down: ruclips.net/video/aMbZJWRw9hE/видео.html You can do it! 🗣💪
