If that was a test flight, I'd say it passed the test with "flying" colors! This is another in a long series of amazing videos of amazing models on your channel Horst. Two thumbs up to the TOMAHAWK team and to you for the awesome video. Like others who have already commented, I really enjoyed the view from within the plane.

Simply WOW. Outstanding scale flyer to the extreme, excellent construction. Kudos to the ones who built it and of course, the pilot.
The view of the pilot inside the cockpit was very realistic,nice work with the jet.

@@TheLevitatingChin I dont know, I build kayaks and boats and use up a 3 car garage. I guess it depends on how many big tools you have. Mine is a complete woodshop.

That was a fantastic flight stunning very big like 100%.
No other word than Brilliant can be used to describe this small aircraft. I say small aircraft as I do not think calling it a model aircraft can in any way apply to it. From the ground in flight it looks like it's full size counterpart and if filmed on an airbase with a carefully chosen background I doubt anyone could tell it was not.
Now, how about a Red Arrows paint scheme?
It would look fantastic doing a display.

I would do my best to build a seat in behind the actual models seat and use the remote control system inside...good for one ride hopefully!

I had to look twice when we saw the pilot 4:30, he's about 28ins tall if my maths is correct ! This video is as awsum as the video of the two ME163 Komets flying together. Makes drone flying look a bit lame .... : ))

I agree. You would think that these builders and pilots would want that first person view point. Smal run cams are not pricey. This a very well done model
@Fireball XL5 Nobody would get hurt on the ground, the BBs slow down very quickly (no danger for anyone after max. 50 meter/150 feet) - little snowflake!

I dont get this whole R/C Plane community kind of thinking .... There are videos on youtube of test flights and maiden flights where the pilots just ram their huge scale handbuilt aircrafts into the ground and destroy them and everybody is clapping for them and cheering .... Then there is your landing, by far one of the best R/C Plane landings i have ever seen and nobody is clapping .... WTF

Given the right materials and the right equipments, everything is possible.
i thought Hawk would be a good looking and excellent rc-jetmodel for its rational dimensions. a plane that can be flown without fly-by-wire computer, and as a scale model from the ground. yet Hawk looks like a credible eye-candy war machine. beautiful plane. this video proves it.

Due to the fact, that this one is the very first flying prototype, the paint scheme was not that important.
