I remember when I saw the first Blade movie. I was like, wait a minute....the Blade i remember wasn't that big of a badass. He got his ass handed to him alot by Drac.
I always like the early Blade stories but I'm not really a fan of him being a member of the Avengers. I hope that he doesn't become an Avenger in the MCU. Have you done a video on Marvel's version of Dracula yet?

no, no he isn't. None of this is at all true, it was a retcon that kicked in after the movie Blade totally altered him from the ground up. The original can be found in Tomb of Dracula.

With the Morbius movie coming out it looks like the MCU might be going with this more traditional Blade origin than the overly stylish Wesley Snipes version we're more accustomed to. Which would allow Ali to make it his own like Tom Holland did for Spiderman.
