@@rmp5s it’s doable but not optimal to do it with a mouse, but I do a lot of graphic elements in after effects using the mouse only.. but it’s not the same feeling as drawing with a pen.

Blanton Człowieku Looptroop have been around since forever and was a big inspiration, specially Embee on the beats.. learned so much about cutting and mix/match different samples and sounds only by listening! 🙌🏻

Jabari Bruce Ah cool! Maschine gang 💪🏻 when it comes to mixing I’m terrible at it, what I focusing more on is leveling everything. When it comes to sampling, maybe start with soul/jazz.. but you can find dope samples from any genre, just need to spend the time and listen to a lot of music. Sure, hit me up on IG @boombapart 👊🏻

Love the editing and all of the camera angles and love the song! The only thing I would suggest, take out the weird reverses in ur beginning speech, that's part of the vid where we just want to hear wat ur saying... other than that I loved the video!
Nice work man. I bought the MV1 by accident. It grows on you. Locks up a lot. Out of memory a lot. Dope beat bro. Love it.
Thanks! Yeah, the MV is quite special.. unfortunately not so sample friendly, not like Maschine or MPC.
@@BoombapArt yeah I’m stuck with it lol. I load samples via SD card. It does work with Zen Beats. But for the price of the MV1 it should at least have some more memory. That’s my biggest gripe. That and the sample start stop is way too granular. Your beats are smooth. I like the SP404 you have. I also was considering the AKAI MPC3000. Idk now a days you can do it all in DAW. Analog does sound better though.
@@fsecofficial I hear you my friend! I haven't used a lot with Zen Beats, but I guess it's a lot easier. Yeah, the 404 MK2 is lovely.. in my opinion better than the MV1, and also cheaper. I'm not a DAW person, been using Maschine Software for a couple of years now, but I really like working with standalone devices..
@@BoombapArt you should get an amazon affiliate link going bro. I bought the MV1 after seeing your videos. I said I wanna do what he’s doing lol. Anyways I’m glad I did buy it because I’m hooked now lol. I just wish I could give you credit.
@@fsecofficial I have a few affiliate links in my description, nothing I promote really. It’s not a bad machine, just wish it had better ways for editing samples. It has a nice seq, easy to adjust steps.. but the sampling part, slicing samples is terrible compared to other devices in the same price range.
