The council guy was great! His colleagues were not so great. It still never fails to amaze me at how security think they can dictate to members of the public on the public street 🤦🏻♀️
That council guy was intelligent and informed and he reacted appropriately with regards to PINAC👏🏻 However, each and every one of your interactions is vitally important in the grand scheme of things... Keep up the good work Big Yin 👏🏻
A proper security guard who has knowledge, common sense, and smiling with sensible engagement 😀👏👏👍 He should be the security trainer for all the councils in the country and paid handsomely for it
Should have told the good guy he is not paid enough... He should get a rise, he knows the score and how to speak to members of the public even if doing something his colleagues dislike.
TLA. You may want to try the brent civic center next to Wembley stadium..they have a verity of buildings surrounding it...they may give you a laugh or 2 😂
Well done TLA. The security guard did great and he was respectful of your rights and it was reasonable that he politely requested to not film around vulnerable people. 👍
What a great security guard, one thats actually researched his job role. And on a side note, that air museum looks like it needs the publicity, looks a lovely place, hardly a soul about, shame 😢 should have waited til the end, having seen the price of the car park, maybe its the cost thats the issue
In 1997 the chief super at Colindale nick stopped me and asked me why I had a picture of Mini Mouse in my Tax Disc holder and I replied because I could not find a picture of Mickey Mouse, I am 65 and I have never paid for road Tax and never will, great interaction again sir well done, if we stopped paying Tax they would stop going to war...
It's quire bizarre...praising people for doing what they should! Just proves how subservient the people have become that would assume a security guard has more power than the people. Look at the chart...THE PEOPLE are top of the chart...the public servants work for us.
The telling comment that the excellent security made was that he had researched the law on public filming himself. Surely this should be part the training Barnet Council or the SIA should be delivering? Still credit to him maybe he should be promoted to be a trainer. 👏
I was thinking the same. He had to educate 3 members of his own staff. His skills and calming demeanour would make him great to educate security nationwide. Even when he asked not to film at that specific side door, he didnt make the mistake of insisting, he asked nicely. 5 star rated security guard
that little section of pavement infront on the police station gates belongs to Kolee Berks. He fought hard on that hallowed turf ;-) Part of the infamous Berkshire turf wars that Ali G talks about
I'm sincerely happy to have seen one security guard that's 1. knowledgeable and 2. not aggressive. Kudos for that man there! But the other 2.... aggressive immigrants :( Sad.
Barnet resident here. During covid Barnet council spent half a million £ on a 2 mile cycle lane in Finchley. So far the cost has risen to over £720,000 of taxpayers money. They messed up by installing the cycle lane to take over one full lane of traffic on the A406 flyover thereby reducing traffic down from 2 lanes to 1 and causing gridlock. Then they had to remove it at a cost of hundreds of thousands. Several Holiday Inn hotels are housing illegals in the borough. Public libraries in all over the borough have been reduced to self service. This is scandalous.
@risingstorm4239 That £720K figure on the cost of the cycle lane was from January 2023. No doubt its risen since then. I cannot believe how much has been spent on a 2 mile cycle lane. Shame on you Barnet Council.
The security guard is a gentleman, as is TLA, when folk meet TLA all they need do is mirror his behaviour and speak to him in a kind manor. Underneath the scarf and dark glasses, TLA may be disfigured from burns, it would be the first conclusion I would come to about his appearance, I would say nothing about how he looks. I would be thinking of the great guy (Simon Weston CBE)
The RAF museum is an absolutely fantastic place to visit and as I remember it is free admission, it’s well worth a visit, it makes a great day out so I don’t think the parking fee is too bad
I don't see why blue badge holders should get concessions in car parks. They are going to use the facilities just the same as anyone else who is going. Yes, i agree with being able to park on yellow lines, etc, but not in car parks like this. BTW, I'm a blue badge holder
Agreed. Maybe there should be spaces closer too the facility, but in terms of paying, it isnt free to those on benefits or less fortunate, so it shouldnt be free to blue badge holders either. Though it did seem a little expensive considering its a purpose built car park for the museum
Disabled bays in car parks are usually closer to the entrance so we don't need to walk very far....I wouldn't be able to park a distance away on double yellows and then walk (hobble) all the way back and through the car park. Also, to qualify for a blue badge, one must be a recipient of the higher mobility part of PIP. This means that one's income is very low due to one's disability. The concession is to level the playing field and is similar to a reasonable adjustment so that disability doesn't negatively affect someone more than it needs to.
Museum is fairly empty, with a scummy parking company in charge of the car parking fees that is no surprise. I was wondering if that was the same place I visited some years back, huge with lots on display and even a tech section for kids to play and learn? Possible a section in a hangar that was built like wartime Britain (a bunker or something)? I was thinking of going back watching your video but I wont risk a PCN not even a fake one.
yes they can use the radio when driving and if you got one you can to ,they cant bad use of radio for the public and the police still use them so you can use radios when driving
Am I dreaming? A security guard who knows his job! Well done Sir 🎉🎉🎉
That guy at the council was a star. Great example of how it should be done. Well done 👌. Another great video TLA. 🏴🫶👏💙🤣
That guy was a total star! Other security need to take note, this is how it's done. Well done that man 👍🏼👍🏼
Great security officer, a big genuine smile shows that he enjoys meeting the public and enjoys his job.
The council guy was great! His colleagues were not so great. It still never fails to amaze me at how security think they can dictate to members of the public on the public street 🤦🏻♀️
Blue Nine security man's a legend - security that knows PINAC and how to interact with the public - well done sir.
That security guard’s smile matched his beautiful personality 💪
Diversity hire security. Im sick of this country if i could leave i would. The UK is finished.
Very happy to see this video and excellent job by the security who knew the rules and regulations
2:17 She was stalking her prey like a lion 😂😂
She wanted trouble, if they have a mental health problem they can do what they want...
Nice to see educated security who know what their job really is.
The guy is a pro'...that man deserves a raise!.
Blimey, that was a positive encounter, rare as hen's teeth.
The 1st security guard is a true professional communicates with the people perfectly, give that man promotion now.
That council guy was intelligent and informed and he reacted appropriately with regards to PINAC👏🏻

2:25 The look on that zombie/woman/thing's face. Sweet Jeezuz.🧟♀️
A throwback to watching Walking Dead, when approached the camera i was ready to draw my combat knife

Good stuff TLA - shared to the Barnet Council facebook page.
Full support here buddy! Keep up the great work, especially keeps time flowing watching these videos 😂😂
I agree with your stance in regard to the one stop area well done TLA👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Fantastic security guy at that council! Really good to see. ❤
I hope the council guy reads these comments, it will really make his day.
The second guy that approached was brand new. Good to see that kind of interaction. Pity more people weren't like him.
This is the TLA I want to see, you were professional today, I salute you🤝
You absolutely smashed it TLA, no nonsense no wind ups well done✅
Should have told the good guy he is not paid enough... He should get a rise, he knows the score and how to speak to members of the public even if doing something his colleagues dislike.

I'm so happy you found a good guy. Maybe the PINAC community is starting to hit home?
TLA one of my favourite auditors. Your great to watch and good at what you do. Thanks for all your hard work mate, respect.

The airforce museum is a great day out, especially when it’s quiet like that 😊
This is one of the most dangerous areas in London aka Colindale
Great friendly audit watch what happens when it goes the other way with LA comrade YARDLEY SKI 😂
One good security just raised the bar for everyone else ... it's the "new normal" or will "the rest" still be dismal failures? :)
That guard has a sparkling personality. That's all it takes to get through life most of the time.
I thought that, he had such a beaming smile and was excellent at calming down the situation his counterpart started.

Once all security and police learn the law, you will all be out of a job, and we won't have things to watch anymore

Sadly matching their attitude only leads to escalation now, so they obviously need some more de-escalation training.
