    Thanks Jackie for the interview. I am retiring to Philippines this year and wanted to be prepared before I left. I had a consultation with Ben today and became a new client of his. He knows the steps involved in doing things properly.

    I lived in Panama for 6 years (2006-2012) and I had my drivers licence for the entire time, even renewing it (although I was using my parents Ontario address on the licence. So although my health card was cancelled by the Ontario govt, they didn't have a problem with me keeping the Ontario DL and even renewing it.
