The system sounds wrong. If you are looking to buy a stock that is constantly breaking it's all time high would be when it corrects 10-20% percent from all time highs. Not when it breaks a new all time high. That just makes no sense . Why would you buy high and sell higher when you can buy low and sell higher.

True man I do a same kind for stocks which is under it's 200 DMA,and sell when when it gets to the 52 week high
If you are a beginner you can observe
Bharti Airtel, Hdfc bank , Reliance, Adani, JSW steels for 52 week high system and
Vodafone Idea, Yes Bank, PNB, for dip system or penny stock
