- In this video we're travelling to SOUTH EAST ASIA for the very first time!
We've been to 20 countries so far, all in Europe! So we're super excited to spend the next three weeks sampling a part of the world reknowned by travellers and backpackers for its culture, it's people and of course.. it's food!

You'll soon discover that Southeast Asia is actually MORE comfortable than Europe. Primarily because most people speak English, people are friendlier, there is virtually no crime, it's more relaxing and fun, the warm weather, beaches, islands, and laid back atmosphere puts you at ease, there are no rigid rules, societal etiquette, people judging you, there are tons of other Western tourists everywhere and Western food, amenities, shops, restaurants and hotels are everywhere. You will be treated like much more of a foreigner in France, Poland, Eastern Europe etc where you won't be able to even talk, read or interact with anyone than places like Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, KL etc where everyone speaks English and actually WANTS to interact with you. You will probably have more random and friendly conversations with strangers in Asia in a few weeks than you would in Europe in a few years. In the West people think you're crazy if you strike up random conversations with strangers, but in Southeast Asia it's the norm.
Such a beautiful, welcoming place. We’re excited to discover more of Asia 😍🙌 so different to Europe and we love it ❤️

So freakin awesome!! Thunderstorms can be frustrating, but also memorable!! Some of my favorite trips were in the rain.. stressful with the camera equipment though.
We were dying at the chopstick part haha.. when I was in Korea I refused to use anything but chopsticks to make myself learn!

Another fun vlog, my friends. Decided to sub to see more, more often. Cheers on 20 countries while still working full time. We have 22 planned for the next 2 years too. Then we finally hit the road as digital nomads. As a food anthropologist, I love to watch and support those people who promote local cuisine. You can use fork instead of chopsticks. And try to use spoon and fork when you eat Thai food ( better than use fork to eat rice and side dishes). Have a wonderful time in Thailand.

How'd you manage 20 countries with full time jobs lol
It’s not always easy trust us 😂 we just try and search for the cheapest flights, budget when we’re away so we can travel more often and try and use our holiday/annual leave wisely 😂
