Word of caution…your static source tubing/port is a single point of failure between the two systems. To be a backup you need a separate source and tubing not shared between the two systems. The T and Y connections should be eliminated.
I briefly go over that at the 1:00 mark, but in the harness I made there are 3 wires for communication with the Super Eco and iLevel AP. They're shown on the wire diagram that came with the Super Eco. I did call their customer service just to verify a few things, and they were SUPER helpful with it. In the end, everything worked perfectly. =)
Love your avionics decisions/package! Just FYI, most manufacturers of instruments say NEVER blow into the pitot tube. I guess it’s easy to ruin the instrument.
We have yet to fly. As far as the products, OUTSTANDING. Their customer service has been incredible and support whenever I've needed it. Easy installation too IMO.
AHHHHHH that was awesome! looking forward to see the future of the airplane.
You and me both! Last piece to the avionics puzzle goes in tomorrow!
HELLO from CYQT. 🇨🇦 GREAT video. Think I’ll be installing the Super ECO AP in my Avid Magnum. Thank you for sharing. 😊
It feel like it was a good choice for me, and Aircraft Automation is actively working to make it even better!
That’s cool haven’t seen that one
Love that the AP is all integrated. =)
thanks for posting. where to find the pitot hose and his many connector ? thanks.
Amazon. Nothing special with the connectors and hoses. =)
Thanks for posting - was curious if there was any interaction between the two products / companies
The iLevel AP and Super ECO are sister companies. They are connected to each other as well in the plane.
@@flywiththeguys do you have a support doc or link on how to connect the two ?
You had great opportunity to use different colour line for pitot and static. I'm not saying that I have that in any of my aircraft but 😅😂

👍☑since he's absent I get to say BOOM 💥
LOL
What about alternate Static Pressure vent?
That would be a nice to have, but it’s not actually required. Trying to think through a way to make that happen.

Yea… probably not the brightest thing.
How has your experience been with iLevil?
We have yet to fly. As far as the products, OUTSTANDING. Their customer service has been incredible and support whenever I've needed it. Easy installation too IMO.
