- You may have seen how the flares of Ball gowns ball out beautifully. What gives Tulle or Organza rise, giving the Ball Gown volume from beneath is called a PETTICOAT/.UNDERSKIRT.
In this quickie Tutorial, I'm going to demonstrate how you can easily make one for your next Ball Gown project.

Pleating is easy and more efficient, hard net may break the thread when you try to gather it
